【摘要】：旅游地社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到各界關(guān)注,為研究其中各利益相關(guān)者的策略選擇,文章運(yùn)用演化博弈理論,構(gòu)建了在旅游地社會(huì)責(zé)任中旅游管理部門、旅游者和旅游地三群體的演化博弈模型,并選擇5組代表性數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行仿真模擬。研究結(jié)果表明,在旅游地承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任的初期,旅游管理部門的有力監(jiān)管起主導(dǎo)作用,但僅靠提高獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)力度并不能促使各方都采取參與的策略,必須加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管、獎(jiǎng)懲并重;旅游者的好惡對(duì)于系統(tǒng)的均衡結(jié)果雖然影響不大,但作為旅游地獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的主要來(lái)源,輔助作用不容忽視;而旅游地則應(yīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到主動(dòng)調(diào)整自身經(jīng)營(yíng)模式做到真正從承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任中提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要性。最后,依據(jù)演化博弈的分析結(jié)果,針對(duì)旅游地社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The problem of social responsibility of tourist destination is paid more and more attention. In order to study the strategic choice of the stakeholders, the paper constructs the tourism management department in the social responsibility of tourism destination by using evolutionary game theory. The evolutionary game model of three groups of tourists and tourist destinations, and five groups of representative data are selected to simulate by MATLAB software. The results show that, in the early stage of social responsibility, tourism management departments have the leading role in supervision, but only by increasing incentives can not promote all parties to take the strategy of participation, we must strengthen supervision, reward and punishment. Tourists' likes and dislikes have little effect on the equilibrium result of the system, but as the main source of economic benefit, the auxiliary function can not be ignored. The tourist destination should realize the importance of adjusting its own management mode to increase economic benefit from social responsibility. Finally, according to the result of evolutionary game analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on social responsibility of tourist destination.
