【摘要】：隨著休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,以及人們旅游理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游成為21世紀(jì)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。它不僅帶動了旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,而且使得廣大農(nóng)民從中受益。學(xué)者針對此現(xiàn)象提出看法與解釋。他們認(rèn)為城市居民會去從事休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游,是他們將農(nóng)業(yè)旅游視作一種生活壓力的解脫,同時也可提供日常生活中的體驗(yàn)。而以農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)向旅游為基礎(chǔ)的行業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)旅游(Agritourism),在當(dāng)今社會的休閑旅游活動中,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)扮演著重要的角色,主因是休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游為游客假日旅游提供了另一空間上的選擇。然而,由于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)在國內(nèi)尚處于起步摸索階段,我國專家學(xué)者對于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的研究還沒有進(jìn)一步的深入,鑒于此,本研究期望能找出明確的農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)模式,并探索休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而提升對旅游供給面創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的了解。且讓休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的規(guī)劃者更了解休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性、旅游型態(tài)趨勢對農(nóng)場發(fā)展的幫助、了解農(nóng)業(yè)政策對休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的影響,促使休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的經(jīng)濟(jì)面朝向永續(xù)發(fā)展。本研究主要是包括5個部分的內(nèi)容。本文的第1章主要闡述本研究的研究背景、目的以及意義,并且敘述所采用的研究內(nèi)容以及研究方法,本文主要采取文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、探索因素分析法以及驗(yàn)證性因素分析法,指出主要的研究意義找出休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的要素,探究了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營者從事休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中最應(yīng)該注意的哪些因素,將這些信息反饋到休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游業(yè),讓休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游能夠持續(xù)性健康經(jīng)營。本文的第2章主要是文獻(xiàn)回顧以及相關(guān)概念的界定,首先是對國內(nèi)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的研究綜述,其次是對國外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的研究綜述以及對動機(jī)的定義,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上,對已有的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述并調(diào)查休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者的營業(yè)動機(jī),比如隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展人們的需求增加的情況下休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)者會把更多的時間花在發(fā)展上這一動機(jī)等等,在經(jīng)過一系列的研究后發(fā)現(xiàn),每個區(qū)域的農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)者主要因素為經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,但是后續(xù)的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)就不盡相同,除此之外,第二章還闡述了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的理論基礎(chǔ),主要為農(nóng)業(yè)旅游理論架構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)以及Weber理論等等。本文的第3章主要是闡述本論文的研究方法,本研究擬以拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)與推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)理論為基礎(chǔ),探討休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī),以作為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的理論架構(gòu),從而進(jìn)一步提升對觀光領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的了解。因此第3章主要對研究框架、先驅(qū)研究、資料處理分析和測量工具等做詳細(xì)的說明。首先是研究的框架以及假設(shè),本研究以“拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)”與“推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)”的概念探討休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的經(jīng)營者動機(jī),以此作為研究框架,并且提出休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者具有明確的拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)；休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者具有明確的推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)；本研究提出的推拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)量表,是一個可靠有效的工具用來度量休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)等三個研究假設(shè)。在此后交代了此次研究的研究基地以及對過去的研究做出一定的總結(jié),得出了過去研究大部分是針對正面動機(jī)吸引力做探討,而且過去國內(nèi)對于觀光領(lǐng)域方面的經(jīng)營者動機(jī)未進(jìn)行量表的建構(gòu),因此先驅(qū)研究的目的仍是為了收集休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)量表的問項(xiàng)。本文的第4章主要闡述本次研究的分析以及研究成果,本此研究的目的在于探討休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī),因此在第4章中主要針對研究樣本進(jìn)行經(jīng)營者背景與創(chuàng)業(yè)特性的描述分析,而后通過探索式因素分析與驗(yàn)證性因素分析,探討拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)與推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)之間的內(nèi)涵與驗(yàn)證動機(jī)內(nèi)涵的信度和效度,最后提出本研究的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果。第4章的幾個部分分別是樣本描述、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的信度分析、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的探索性因素分析以及模型數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)、創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的驗(yàn)證性因素分析等等。本文的第5章主要闡述本研究的結(jié)論,過去休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的研究結(jié)果顯示,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)者動機(jī)主要原因是經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,如增加額外收入、可以得到附加的收入等等。但是Busby和Rendl提出這種發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)旅游獲得的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益通常是不大的,通常只有收入的5%,因此農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)是否絕對是經(jīng)濟(jì)因素尚需進(jìn)一步討論。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)這些動機(jī)除經(jīng)濟(jì)因素之外,還有社交因素、教育因素等等。以前少有研究從推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)層面進(jìn)行描述。于是本研究試以拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)與推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的兩個角度,共同探討休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī),通過實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營者轉(zhuǎn)型成農(nóng)業(yè)旅游,除了吸引力的“拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)”外,還有負(fù)面因素的“推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)”影響,顯示過去農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的研究忽略了負(fù)面因素的探討�；仡櫛狙芯康哪康�,為了了解農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的內(nèi)涵,從拉力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)與推力創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)探討,其最終的目標(biāo)是希望能找出休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游經(jīng)營者的創(chuàng)業(yè)動機(jī)的要素,借此來探究經(jīng)營者從事休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中最應(yīng)注意哪些項(xiàng)目,將此信息回饋到農(nóng)業(yè)旅游業(yè),讓休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游能夠持續(xù)發(fā)展。本研究希望將研究結(jié)果與發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)用在創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域上。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of leisure agriculture and the change of people's tourism concept, leisure agriculture tourism has become a new industry in the twenty-first Century. It not only promotes the development of tourism, but also benefits the farmers. Scholars have put forward their views and explanations on this phenomenon. They believe that urban residents will go to engage in leisure agricultural tourism, they are they Agricultural tourism is regarded as a relief of life pressure, and it can also provide experience in daily life. And agricultural tourism (Agritourism), based on agriculture to tourism, plays an important role in leisure tourism in today's society. The main reason is that leisure agricultural tourism provides the other for tourist holiday tourism. However, because leisure agriculture is still in the initial stage of exploration in China, our experts and scholars have not further studied the entrepreneurial motivation of leisure agricultural tourism entrepreneurs. In view of this, this study is expected to find out a clear motivation model for agricultural tourism and explore the entrepreneurial activity of leisure agriculture tourism. The intension of the machine further improves the understanding of the entrepreneurial behavior of the tourism supply side, and makes the planners of the leisure agricultural tourism more aware of the importance of the leisure agricultural tourism to the agricultural development, the help of the tourism pattern trend to the farm development, the understanding of the influence of the agricultural policy on the leisure agricultural tourism, and the economic face of the leisure agriculture tourism to the sustainable development. This study mainly includes 5 parts. The first chapter of this paper mainly expounds the background, purpose and significance of this study, and describes the research contents and methods used. This article mainly adopts the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the exploratory factor analysis method and the confirmatory factor analysis method, and points out the main research. To find out the elements of the entrepreneurial motivation of leisure agricultural tourism operators, and explore the most important factors that the leisure agricultural operators should pay attention to in the process of leisure agricultural tourism, and feedback the information to the leisure agricultural tourism and allow the leisure agricultural tourism to be sustainable and healthy. The second chapter of this paper is the literature review. And the definition of related concepts, first of all, is a review of domestic leisure agriculture, followed by a review of Foreign Leisure Agriculture and the definition of motivation, and on this basis, the existing related research is reviewed and the business operators of leisure agriculture tourism operators are investigated, such as the increasing demand of people with the development of the economy. In the case of leisure agriculture tourism entrepreneurs will spend more time on the development of this motivation, and so on. After a series of studies, it is found that the main factors of the agricultural tourism entrepreneurs in each region are economic factors, but the follow-up motivation is not the same. In addition, the second chapter also expounds the entrepreneurship of leisure agriculture tourism. The theoretical basis of entrepreneurial motivation is the basis of the theoretical framework of agricultural tourism and the Weber theory. The third chapter of this paper is mainly to elaborate the research methods of this thesis. This study is based on the motivation of pulling force and the theory of thrust venture motivation to explore the entrepreneurial motivation of leisure agricultural tourism operators as a recreational agricultural tourism. The third chapter mainly explains the research framework, pioneer research, data processing analysis and measurement tools. The first is the framework and hypothesis of the research, and the research is based on "pulling force motivation" and "thrust entrepreneurial motivation". The concept of the concept of leisure agricultural tourism managers motivation, as a research framework, and put forward that leisure agricultural tourism operators have a clear pulling force motivation; leisure agricultural tourism operators have a clear motive for the thrust of entrepreneurship; the push and pull Entrepreneurial Dynamic Scale proposed by this study is a reliable and effective tool to be used. Three research hypotheses are used to measure the entrepreneurial motivation of leisure agricultural tourism operators. After that, the research base of this study and the past research are summed up. It is concluded that most of the past studies are aimed at the attraction of positive motivations, and in the past, the managers' motivation in the field of tourism was not advanced in the past. The purpose of the fourth chapter of this paper is to discuss the analysis and research results of this study. The purpose of this study is to explore the entrepreneurial motivation of leisure agricultural tourism operators, so the main aim of this study is to focus on the fourth chapter. The research sample carries out the description and analysis of the business background and entrepreneurial characteristics, and then through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, this paper discusses the connotation and reliability and validity of the intension between the motivation of pulling force and the motivation of the entrepreneurial motivation and the connotation of the motivation. Finally, the results of the test are put forward. The fourth chapters are the sample drawings, respectively. This paper describes the reliability analysis of entrepreneurial motivation, exploratory factor analysis of entrepreneurial motivation, model data test, confirmatory factor analysis of entrepreneurial motivation and so on. The fifth chapter of this paper mainly expounds the conclusion of this study. The research results of leisure agricultural tourism motivation in the past show that the main reason for the motivation of leisure agricultural tourism entrepreneurs is economic cause. Busby and Rendl suggest that the economic benefits of this kind of agricultural tourism are usually small, usually only 5% of the income, so it is still an economic factor to discuss whether the motivation of agricultural tourism is absolutely an economic factor. In addition, there are social factors, educational factors and so on. There are few previous studies from the motivation level of motivation to describe. Therefore, this study tries to explore the entrepreneurial motivation of leisure agricultural tourism operators with the two angles of the motivation of pulling force and the motivation of the thrust of the venture. Through the empirical study, it is found that the operators are transformed into agricultural tourism, except for the attraction of the agricultural tourism. In addition to the "motivation of pulling force", and the negative factors of the "motivation to start the venture", it shows that the research on the motivation of agricultural tourism has neglected the negative factors. The purpose of this study is to understand the connotation of the motivation of the agricultural tourism, and the ultimate goal of the motive and the motivation of the thrust. The target is to find out the elements of the entrepreneurial motivation of the leisure agricultural tourism operators, and to explore the most important items that should be paid attention to in the process of leisure agriculture tourism, and give feedback to the agricultural tourism and make the leisure agricultural tourism develop continuously. The research results and the discovery are applied in the field of entrepreneurship. Up.
