QJ集團公司旅游地產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:QJ集團于2011年元月成立,是陜西省旅游集團有限公司的下屬公司,該公司屬于國有控股的綜合型企業(yè),主營業(yè)務(wù)為旅游地產(chǎn)及現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)種植等項目的開發(fā)。2009年年底,我國頒布了《國務(wù)院關(guān)于推進西安國際旅游城市建設(shè)發(fā)展的若干意見》(下文統(tǒng)稱((意見》),這預(yù)示著西安國際旅游城市的全面建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為國家的整體規(guī)劃。2010年6月8日,國家發(fā)改委又對《西安國際旅游城市建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》給予了通過,這標(biāo)示著該城市的國際旅游建設(shè)全面進入了實施階段。目前,陜西經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展已經(jīng)開始了新的歷程,旅游、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)以及多種服務(wù)行業(yè)正在飛速發(fā)展。在國際旅游城市建設(shè)的宏圖下,陜西旅游業(yè)基于多樣性旅游度假需求,其發(fā)展更加迅速,尤其是旅游地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展速度更加令人驚喜,這也成為了QJ集團旅游地產(chǎn)業(yè)得到全面發(fā)展的最根本保證。 全文從QJ集團旅游地產(chǎn)的發(fā)展著手進行分析和探討,第一章對其發(fā)展背景、目的、存在意義、理念及研究使用方法進行了一一的闡述;第二章對旅游地產(chǎn)、戰(zhàn)略管理模式、SWOT理論等內(nèi)容做了細(xì)致深入的分析和探討,并在此基礎(chǔ)上為下文做了鋪墊;第三章將該集團面對的內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略狀況進行了詳細(xì)的解析;第四章對QJ集團旅游地產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略的實施做了分析;第五章對該集團旅游地產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略的保障措施講述,基于此期盼QJ集團旅游地產(chǎn)業(yè)能夠蓬勃發(fā)展。筆者經(jīng)過對QJ集團旅游地產(chǎn)的詳細(xì)分析,確定了:第一,基于西安建設(shè)國家旅游城市及其確立后QJ集團的內(nèi)外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境的一系列變化,通過SWOT理論等諸多理念,對正確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做了重新的優(yōu)化及確定。第二,通過制定全面的發(fā)展策略并對其進行實施,使QJ集團穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。第三,基于QJ集團旅游地產(chǎn)發(fā)展策略的制定和實施所獲取的經(jīng)驗,可以將其運用于其它相關(guān)公司的發(fā)展模式中去。
[Abstract]:QJ Group, founded in January 2011, is a subsidiary of Shaanxi Tourism Group Co., Ltd., which is a state-controlled comprehensive enterprise engaged in the development of tourism real estate and modern agricultural planting projects. China promulgated the State Council's opinions on promoting the Construction and Development of Xi'an International Tourism City (hereinafter referred to as "Xi'an International Tourism City"), which indicates that the overall construction of Xi'an International Tourism City has become the overall plan of the country. June 8, 2010, The National Development and Reform Commission has also adopted the outline of Xi'an International Tourism City Construction and Development Plan, which indicates that the international tourism construction of this city has entered an overall implementation stage. At present, Shaanxi economic and social development has begun a new process, tourism, real estate development and a variety of service industries are rapidly developing. Under the grand plan of building an international tourist city, Shaanxi's tourism industry has developed more rapidly, especially in the tourism real estate industry, which is based on a variety of tourist vacation needs. Especially, the speed of the development of the tourism real estate industry is even more surprising. This also became the QJ group tourism real estate industry to get comprehensive development of the most fundamental guarantee. This paper analyzes and discusses the development of tourism real estate in QJ Group. The first chapter expounds the background, purpose, meaning, concept and research methods of tourism real estate. The strategic management model SWOT theory and other contents of the detailed analysis and discussion, and on this basis for the following to do a foreshadowing; the third chapter will be faced with the internal and external strategic situation of the group for a detailed analysis; The fourth chapter analyzes the implementation of QJ Group's tourism real estate strategy, and the fifth chapter describes the safeguard measures of QJ Group's tourism real estate strategy. Based on this, we hope that QJ Group's tourism real estate industry can flourish. Based on the detailed analysis of QJ Group's tourism real estate, the author determines the following: first, based on a series of changes in Xi'an 's construction of national tourism city and the internal and external strategic environment of QJ Group after its establishment, through the SWOT theory and many other ideas, The correct development strategy has been re-optimized and determined. Second, QJ Group develops steadily by formulating comprehensive development strategy and implementing it. Thirdly, based on the experience gained in the formulation and implementation of QJ Group's tourism real estate development strategy, it can be applied to the development model of other related companies.
