國內(nèi)旅游流質(zhì)量研究

【摘要】:國內(nèi)旅游在旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展中占據(jù)著重要地位,并發(fā)展迅速,成為了社會各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),但國內(nèi)旅游的發(fā)展仍面臨許多困境,其中地區(qū)之間的不平衡以及規(guī)模和收入之間的不平衡是突出的問題,與此同時(shí),國內(nèi)旅游研究也存在一定的滯后性。本文從旅游地理學(xué)的視角研究國內(nèi)旅游,探討國內(nèi)旅游流的時(shí)空演化規(guī)律,以實(shí)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)旅游流質(zhì)量的提升,對于促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展、豐富旅游理論有著積極意義。 國內(nèi)旅游流流量是指國內(nèi)旅游流在單位時(shí)間內(nèi)和一定空間上所形成的規(guī)模,1999~2013年我國國內(nèi)旅游流流量和流質(zhì)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)表明:國內(nèi)旅游流的規(guī)模呈逐年上升的總體發(fā)展態(tài)勢,2003和2008年作為分界線,將國內(nèi)旅游規(guī)模的發(fā)展分為穩(wěn)步發(fā)展-快速發(fā)展-較快復(fù)蘇三個(gè)階段。各省市國內(nèi)旅游規(guī)模也基本保持持續(xù)上升的趨勢,重點(diǎn)是其規(guī)模位序的變動(dòng),改變著我國國內(nèi)旅游規(guī)?臻g格局。國內(nèi)旅游流流質(zhì)指數(shù)前14年一直處在1以下,但基本保持上升的趨勢;全國共16個(gè)省市屬于低效旅游流,旅游流總體效益較低。在規(guī)模和效益兩個(gè)維度下,31個(gè)省市可劃分為四個(gè)類別,不同類別具有不同的形成機(jī)理。 本地居民出游力和對外旅游吸引力是國內(nèi)旅游流質(zhì)量的影響因素。各省市應(yīng)根據(jù)自身實(shí)際情況,重視國內(nèi)旅游規(guī)模和效益的均衡發(fā)展,豐富旅游產(chǎn)品,增加國內(nèi)旅游消費(fèi);增強(qiáng)外部可進(jìn)入性加強(qiáng)景區(qū)內(nèi)部交通系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化旅游交通,增強(qiáng)旅游的可進(jìn)入性;細(xì)分目標(biāo)客源市場,創(chuàng)新市場營銷機(jī)制、市場營銷方式與手段,開拓旅游市場,,樹立良好的旅游品牌;積極推進(jìn)與省內(nèi)市區(qū)(州)和省外城市的聯(lián)合促銷,延伸旅游線路,發(fā)揮集群效應(yīng),多管齊下,推進(jìn)國內(nèi)旅游流質(zhì)量的全面提升。
[Abstract]:Domestic tourism occupies an important position in the development of tourism and develops rapidly, which has become the focus of attention of all walks of life. However, the development of domestic tourism still faces many difficulties. The imbalance between regions and between scale and income is a prominent problem, at the same time, there is a lag in domestic tourism research. This paper studies domestic tourism from the perspective of tourism geography and probes into the temporal and spatial evolution of domestic tourism flows in order to improve the quality of domestic tourism flows. It is of positive significance to promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism and enrich tourism theory. Domestic tourism flow refers to the scale of domestic tourism flow formed in unit time and certain space. The relevant data of domestic tourism flow volume and quality in China from 1999 to 2013 indicate that the scale of domestic tourism flow is increasing year by year as a whole. Development as a dividing line between 2003 and 2008, The development of domestic tourism scale is divided into three stages: steady development-rapid recovery. The domestic tourism scale of each province and city also keeps the trend of rising, the emphasis is the change of its scale order, which changes the spatial pattern of domestic tourism scale in our country. The domestic tourist flow quality index has been below 1 for the first 14 years, but basically keeps the upward trend. 16 provinces and cities in China belong to inefficient tourism flow, and the overall benefit of tourism flow is low. Under the two dimensions of scale and benefit, 31 provinces and cities can be divided into four categories. The ability of local residents to travel and the attraction of foreign tourism are the factors affecting the quality of domestic tourism flow. All provinces and cities should pay attention to the balanced development of domestic tourism scale and efficiency, enrich tourism products, increase domestic tourism consumption, enhance external accessibility, strengthen the optimization of internal transportation system of scenic spots, and optimize tourism traffic, according to their own actual conditions. To enhance the accessibility of tourism, to subdivide the target market, to innovate the marketing mechanism, to open up the tourism market and to establish a good tourism brand; We should actively promote the joint promotion with the cities outside and within the province, extend the tourism routes, exert the cluster effect, and push forward the overall improvement of the quality of domestic tourism flow.
