【摘要】：西安市旅游資源豐富，旅游業(yè)開發(fā)較早，觀光型旅游比重較大，2011年西安世園會(huì)的舉辦豐富了西安市旅游產(chǎn)品，拓展了城市旅游發(fā)展思路，為會(huì)后西安旅游業(yè)長期發(fā)展提供了難得的機(jī)遇，同時(shí)也帶來了新問題、新挑戰(zhàn)。世園會(huì)后出現(xiàn)的旅游客源急劇下降、場館閑置、土地資源再利用、服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)資源過剩以及經(jīng)營模式轉(zhuǎn)型等問題，影響會(huì)后西安旅游業(yè)發(fā)展。 本文旨在提供有效建議實(shí)現(xiàn)后世園時(shí)代西安旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文采用參考文獻(xiàn)、現(xiàn)場考察、數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比、談話等方法，經(jīng)過對(duì)后事件、大型節(jié)事相關(guān)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論的闡述，結(jié)合我國近年來舉辦大型節(jié)事案例的分析，總結(jié)后世園時(shí)代對(duì)西安旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。在此基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了對(duì)西安旅游各行業(yè)的影響，進(jìn)而提出后世園時(shí)代對(duì)西安旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展策略。 科學(xué)合理地利用世園會(huì)賦予的寶貴資源，在規(guī)避后世園時(shí)代對(duì)旅游業(yè)消極影響的同時(shí)持續(xù)發(fā)展西安旅游業(yè)具有重要意義。本文最后提出三方面結(jié)論：依據(jù)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)功能，調(diào)整旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)政策；應(yīng)對(duì)國際競爭，制定集團(tuán)化發(fā)展政策；充分發(fā)揮政府宏觀調(diào)控功能，，轉(zhuǎn)型世園會(huì)的后續(xù)發(fā)展。同時(shí)提出了后續(xù)研究建議，完善后世園時(shí)代西安旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的研究。
[Abstract]:Xi'an is rich in tourism resources, developed earlier and has a large proportion of sightseeing tourism. The Xi'an Expo held in 2011 enriched Xi'an tourism products and expanded the city's tourism development ideas. Xi'an tourism after the long-term development provides a rare opportunity, but also brought new problems, new challenges. After the expo, the tourist resources declined sharply, the stadiums and stadiums were idle, the land resources were reused, the service industry resources were surplus and the management mode was transformed, which affected the tourism development of Xi'an after the meeting. The purpose of this paper is to provide effective suggestions to realize the sustainable development of Xi'an tourism in the future. This paper adopts the methods of reference, on-the-spot investigation, data contrast, conversation and so on, through the elaboration of post-event, large-scale festival related theory and sustainable development theory, combined with the analysis of the case of holding large-scale festival event in China in recent years. Summing up the experience of Xi'an tourism development in the later era. On this basis, this paper expounds the influence of Xi'an tourism industry, and then puts forward the development strategy of Xi'an tourism in the later era. It is of great significance to make use of the precious resources given by the Expo scientifically and rationally to avoid the negative impact of the later era on tourism industry and to develop Xi'an tourism continuously at the same time. Finally, the paper puts forward three conclusions: adjust tourism industry policy according to tourism industry function; deal with international competition, formulate collectivization development policy; give full play to government macro-control function, transform the follow-up development of the expo. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward to improve the development of Xi'an tourism in the later period.
