【摘要】：小微旅游企業(yè)作為小微企業(yè)的重要組成部分，在擴(kuò)大就業(yè)、改善民生和促進(jìn)穩(wěn)定等方面發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。由于國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)小微旅游的研究尚且處于起步階段，尤其在開展以生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的視角小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散環(huán)境研究方面還不夠深入，使得小微旅游企業(yè)在生態(tài)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散環(huán)境下的成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展過(guò)程中遇到諸多問(wèn)題，還沒(méi)有真正形成一個(gè)適合小微旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散環(huán)境網(wǎng)絡(luò)。因此，本文選定小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散環(huán)境為研究對(duì)象，應(yīng)用生態(tài)學(xué)相關(guān)理論與原理對(duì)在生態(tài)系統(tǒng)下的小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究，研究目的是分析創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境的關(guān)系，促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新在小微旅游企業(yè)之間的擴(kuò)散水平，同時(shí)為小微旅游企業(yè)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散環(huán)境的優(yōu)化提供理論指導(dǎo)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)以往相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和研究成果的回顧，，以生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)對(duì)小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定，分析小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境的特性、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能；深入探索小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)、外環(huán)境及創(chuàng)新屬性同創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散之間的相互關(guān)系并提出假設(shè)，同時(shí)依據(jù)假設(shè)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)并構(gòu)建小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散環(huán)境網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)力模型，并根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果提出小微旅游企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散的環(huán)境優(yōu)化對(duì)策，并以哈爾濱市小微旅游企業(yè)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程方法構(gòu)建環(huán)境網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)力模型對(duì)其進(jìn)行假設(shè)驗(yàn)證和結(jié)果分析。
[Abstract]:As an important part of small and micro enterprises, small and micro tourism enterprises play an important role in expanding employment, improving people's livelihood and promoting stability. Since the research on micro-tourism is still in its infancy at home and abroad, especially the research on the diffusion environment of technological innovation of micro-tourism enterprises from the perspective of ecosystem is not deep enough. It makes small and micro tourism enterprises encounter many problems in the growth and development of ecosystem innovation diffusion environment, and has not really formed a technological innovation ecosystem innovation diffusion environment network suitable for the development of small and micro tourism enterprises. Therefore, this paper chooses the innovation diffusion environment of technology innovation ecosystem of small and micro tourism enterprises as the research object, and applies the theory and principle of ecology to study the diffusion environment of technology innovation of small and micro tourism enterprises under the ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between innovation diffusion and innovation ecosystem environment, to promote the diffusion level of technological innovation among small and micro tourism enterprises, and to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of innovation diffusion environment of small and micro tourism enterprises. In this paper, the basic connotation of technology innovation ecosystem of small and micro tourism enterprises is defined from the viewpoint of ecosystem, and the characteristics of technology innovation ecosystem environment of small and micro tourism enterprises are analyzed. Structure and function; explore and hypothesize the interrelationship between the inner, outer environment and innovation attributes of technological innovation ecosystem of small and micro tourism enterprises and innovation diffusion, At the same time, according to the hypothetical content, the paper designs and constructs the network dynamic model of technological innovation ecosystem innovation diffusion environment of small and micro tourism enterprises, and puts forward the environmental optimization countermeasures of technology innovation ecosystem innovation diffusion of small and micro tourism enterprises according to the results of the analysis. Taking the small and micro tourism enterprises in Harbin as an example, the paper uses the structural equation method to construct the dynamic model of environmental network to verify the hypothesis and analyze the results.
