【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高,外出旅游也成為一種時(shí)尚,加上海南得天獨(dú)厚的自然環(huán)境,來(lái)海南旅游的人也逐漸增多。近幾年隨著幾個(gè)新興景區(qū)的快速崛起,景區(qū)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈。如何提升DT景區(qū)在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,成為高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思考的重要問(wèn)題。 在經(jīng)過(guò)內(nèi)部研討后,DT景區(qū)高層希望通過(guò)信息化作為提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的手段之一。從2008年開始,景區(qū)高層就開始通過(guò)信息化手段提升景區(qū)的管理能力。通過(guò)幾年的信息化建設(shè),取得了不少的成績(jī)：建立了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)呢?cái)務(wù)體系、降低了采購(gòu)成本、規(guī)范了人力資源的管理、提高了流程審批的效率等等。但在信息化的建設(shè)過(guò)程中,也存在很多問(wèn)題：信息化的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠深入、整體規(guī)劃不夠全面、實(shí)施監(jiān)督不到位、資金投入欠缺、執(zhí)行力不強(qiáng)、員工素質(zhì)偏低等方面。這些都成為DT景區(qū)信息化管理未完全達(dá)到預(yù)期效果的重要因素。 本文以最新的信息化規(guī)劃和理念為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合DT景區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,綜合運(yùn)用“統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,分布實(shí)施”的信息化管理原理,對(duì)DT景區(qū)信息化建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入的剖析,并合理的提出解決思路,力圖從根源上解決阻礙信息化管理的問(wèn)題,為景區(qū)的管理提升奠定一定的基礎(chǔ)。 本文主要包括六部分的內(nèi)容,分別是導(dǎo)論、信息化理論回顧、DT景區(qū)簡(jiǎn)介與信息化現(xiàn)狀、DT景區(qū)信息化建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題與分析、DT景區(qū)信息化優(yōu)化方案、結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, traveling is becoming a kind of fashion, and with the unique natural environment of Hainan, the number of people who come to Hainan is increasing gradually. In recent years, with the rapid rise of several new scenic spots, the competition between scenic spots is becoming more and more fierce. How to improve the competitiveness of DT scenic spot in the market has become an important issue for senior leaders. After internal discussion, the senior officials of DT Scenic area hope to use informatization as one of the means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Since 2008, the scenic area by means of information technology began to enhance the management capacity of the scenic area. Through several years of information construction, many achievements have been made: the establishment of rigorous financial system, the reduction of procurement costs, the standardization of human resources management, the improvement of the efficiency of process approval and so on. But in the process of informatization construction, there are many problems: the understanding of informatization is not deep enough, the overall planning is not comprehensive enough, the implementation supervision is not in place, the fund investment is lacking, the execution ability is not strong, the staff quality is on the low side and so on. All these become the important factor that DT scenic area information management does not reach the expected effect completely. Under the guidance of the latest information planning and concept, combined with the actual situation of DT scenic area, this paper comprehensively applies the information management principle of "unified planning, distributed implementation" to analyze deeply the problems existing in the informatization construction of DT scenic spot. And put forward the reasonable solution idea, try to solve the problem of hindering the information management from the root, and lay a certain foundation for the management promotion of the scenic spot. This article mainly includes six parts content, respectively is the introduction, the information theory reviews the DT scenic spot brief introduction and the informationization present situation and the analysis DT scenic spot informationization construction existence question, the conclusion and the prospect.
