國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游在線評(píng)論研究綜述

【摘要】:旅游在線評(píng)論被視為傳統(tǒng)口碑的電子形式,是旅游者安排旅游行程時(shí)依賴的重要信息來(lái)源,對(duì)旅游者和旅游營(yíng)銷意義重大,逐漸受到學(xué)術(shù)界的重視;诖,檢索2007-2016年發(fā)表在學(xué)術(shù)期刊上的旅游在線評(píng)論相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),通過(guò)梳理和分析發(fā)現(xiàn):國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者集中關(guān)注酒店業(yè),對(duì)其他研究對(duì)象關(guān)注較少。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包含旅游在線評(píng)論和產(chǎn)品銷售、旅游在線評(píng)論和旅游決策、旅游在線評(píng)論和信息評(píng)估、旅游在線評(píng)論和顧客滿意度管理以及旅游在線評(píng)論和評(píng)論發(fā)送者五大方面。在國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游在線評(píng)論的研究中,定量研究方法為主流研究方法,質(zhì)性研究方法較少,一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)使用率低。最后總結(jié)了國(guó)外研究對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的啟示。
[Abstract]:Tourism online review is regarded as the electronic form of traditional word-of-mouth, which is an important information source for tourists to arrange travel itinerary. It is of great significance to tourists and tourism marketing, and has been paid more and more attention by academic circles. Based on this, we searched the related domestic and foreign literatures of online tourism review published in academic journals from 2007 to 2016. Through combing and analyzing, we found that domestic and foreign researchers focused on the hotel industry, and paid little attention to other research objects. The research mainly includes five aspects: tourism online reviews and product sales, tourism online reviews and travel decisions, tourism online reviews and information evaluation, tourism online reviews and customer satisfaction management, and tourism online reviews and reviews and their sender. In the research of online tourism review at home and abroad, the quantitative research method is the mainstream research method, the qualitative research method is less, and the primary data utilization rate is low. Finally, the enlightenment of foreign research to domestic research is summarized.
