遂昌老年旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)策略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)人口老齡化進(jìn)程的加劇,老年旅游業(yè)迅速成為旅游市場(chǎng)的重要組成部分。當(dāng)前有相當(dāng)一部分老年人身體素質(zhì)和心理狀態(tài)良好,特別是企事業(yè)單位的離退休干部、退休教師、醫(yī)生、文化工作者及較為富裕的老年人,成為了老年旅游市場(chǎng)的重點(diǎn)人群,他們有充足的可支配時(shí)間、資金加上子女的支持、政府和企業(yè)對(duì)老年旅游的重視,老年人出游的欲望較之還在辛苦打拼事業(yè)的年輕人更加的迫切。從某種意義上說,旅游已經(jīng)成為老年人常態(tài)化的一種休閑生活方式。 而另一方面,我們清晰的發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)的老年旅游產(chǎn)品存在著價(jià)格機(jī)制不統(tǒng)一、保障服務(wù)不到位、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和品牌打造不明確等不利因素,缺少對(duì)老年人特點(diǎn)的研究,沒有開發(fā)真正適合老年人生理、心理特點(diǎn)的老年旅游產(chǎn)品,老年人需求與老年旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的滯后性矛盾突出。市場(chǎng)上急需滿足老年人對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品的需求。 本文選取遂昌作為老年旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)目的地進(jìn)行探討。首先分析了老年旅游產(chǎn)品的特征,研究了老年旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的必要性和可行性,認(rèn)為老年旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)存在極佳發(fā)展空間。其次,根據(jù)基礎(chǔ)條件,對(duì)遂昌的老年旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為遂昌有條件并且必須進(jìn)行老年旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)。最后,,根據(jù)遂昌縣現(xiàn)有條件和老年旅游產(chǎn)品存在的問題,規(guī)劃了老年旅游產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)四要素,并提出了開發(fā)的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the aging population in China, the aged tourism industry has become an important part of the tourism market. At present, quite a number of elderly people are in good physical and psychological condition. In particular, retired cadres, retired teachers, doctors, cultural workers and relatively wealthy elderly people in enterprises and institutions have become the key groups in the elderly tourism market. They have plenty of time at their disposal, money and the support of their children, the government and businesses pay more attention to the elderly travel, the older people's desire to travel is more urgent than the young people who are still working hard. In a sense, tourism has become a regular way of leisure life for the elderly. On the other hand, we clearly found that the elderly tourism products in our country are lack of research on the characteristics of the elderly, such as the price mechanism is not uniform, the security services are not in place, the product development and the brand building are not clear and so on. There are no tourism products which are suitable for the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly, and the contradiction between the needs of the elderly and the development of the tourism products for the elderly is outstanding. There is an urgent need to meet the needs of the elderly for tourism products in the market. In this paper, Suichang is chosen as the destination of tourism product development for the elderly. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the tourism products for the elderly, studies the necessity and feasibility of the development of the tourism products for the elderly, and thinks that there is an excellent development space for the development of the tourism products for the elderly. Secondly, according to the basic conditions, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the aged tourism products in Suichang, and concludes that Suichang has the conditions and must develop the tourism products for the elderly. Finally, according to the existing conditions of Suichang County and the problems existing in the tourism products for the aged, four elements of the design of the tourism products for the elderly are planned, and the development strategies and suggestions are put forward.
