【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的不斷沖擊下,陸域資源得以不斷地開發(fā)與利用。由于陸地資源有限,在日益短缺與過度開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀下,人們開始逐漸尋求新的發(fā)展空間。海洋對于人類生存與發(fā)展的意義不可小覷,因此,需要在海洋區(qū)域中尋找新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展空間,來推動社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, under the impact of the global economic system, land resources can be continuously exploited and utilized.Due to the limited land resources, people begin to seek new development space gradually under the condition of increasingly shortage and over-exploitation.The significance of ocean for human survival and development can not be underestimated. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new space for economic development in the marine area to promote the sustainable development of social economy.
