【摘要】：我國人口老齡化形勢愈發(fā)嚴(yán)峻,與此同時(shí),老年群體的生活質(zhì)量和身心狀況等方面都漸成焦點(diǎn)。隨著旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合進(jìn)程的不斷加快,其研究成果也更加豐富。老年旅游作為旅游業(yè)的一個(gè)重要分支,融合了醫(yī)療、保健、運(yùn)動(dòng)、養(yǎng)生等眾多功能與元素,既能有效提升老年人的生活狀態(tài),改善其生活品質(zhì),又能減輕社會(huì)養(yǎng)老壓力。可以預(yù)見,未來老年旅游將會(huì)成為帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)快速進(jìn)步的強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。本文通過分析山東老年旅游資源稟賦、老年旅游市場特征及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等方面,闡述了山東老年旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合基礎(chǔ)及發(fā)展瓶頸,文中采用的山東老年旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合評價(jià)模型,綜合了層次分析法及專家咨詢法,對融合等級做出相應(yīng)的測評。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探索了山東老年旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展模式,旨在充分利用山東省雄厚的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)與豐富的老年旅游資源優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)老年旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的提質(zhì)升級。論文主要由以下章節(jié)組成:第一章:明確論文的選題背景和研究意義,論文從社會(huì)意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義兩方面概述了山東老年旅游發(fā)展的背景與意義,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析論文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法與創(chuàng)新之處。第二章:通過梳理和總結(jié)論文涉及到的相關(guān)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)而對相關(guān)的一系列基礎(chǔ)概念進(jìn)行辨析,同時(shí)論述了產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論、積極老齡化理論、老年學(xué)理論、旅游服務(wù)理論等主要理論。第三章:分析了山東老年旅游資源稟賦狀況,總結(jié)了細(xì)分市場的特點(diǎn),闡述了發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等方面,歸納了山東老年旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及產(chǎn)業(yè)融合基礎(chǔ),以及老年旅游市場特征及瓶頸。第四章:進(jìn)一步梳理山東老年旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合情況,在對各類旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合評價(jià)模型進(jìn)行比對后,選取最合適的AHP-模糊綜合評判法,結(jié)合山東老年旅游的特點(diǎn),確立了評價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建山東老年旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合評價(jià)體系。第五章:根據(jù)山東老年旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,逐一分析,嘗試提出產(chǎn)業(yè)融合視角下山東老年旅游發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,包括資源融合、市場融合、功能融合、支持融合和技術(shù)融合等五大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第六章:梳理本文的總體情況,總結(jié)研究存在的缺陷,提出進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:The aging of population in China is becoming more and more serious, at the same time, the quality of life and physical and mental conditions of the elderly have gradually become the focus.With the continuous acceleration of tourism industry convergence process, its research results are more abundant.As an important branch of tourism, elderly tourism integrates many functions and elements, such as medical care, health care, exercise, health care, etc., which can effectively improve the living conditions of the elderly, improve their quality of life, and alleviate the pressure of social endowment.It can be predicted that the future of the elderly tourism will become a driving force for rapid economic and social progress.Based on the analysis of the endowment of the aged tourism resources, the characteristics of the aged tourism market and the present situation of the development, this paper expounds the basis and the bottleneck of the agedness tourism industry in Shandong, and the evaluation model of the agedness tourism industry in Shandong Province, which is adopted in this paper.AHP and expert consultation are integrated to evaluate the fusion level.On this basis, this paper explores the integrated development model of Shandong's aged tourism industry, aiming to make full use of Shandong's strong industrial foundation and abundant advantages of the elderly tourism resources, and to realize the upgrading of the aged tourism industry.The thesis is mainly composed of the following chapters: chapter one: the background and significance of the research, the background and significance of Shandong senior tourism development are summarized from the social and economic aspects.On this basis, this paper analyzes the research content, research methods and innovations.Chapter two: through combing and summing up the related domestic and foreign literature, and then discriminating and analyzing a series of related basic concepts, at the same time expounding the theory of industry convergence, the theory of active aging, the theory of gerontology, the theory of industry convergence, the theory of active aging, the theory of gerontology.Tourism service theory and other main theories.The third chapter analyzes the endowment of Shandong senior tourism resources, summarizes the characteristics of the subdivision market, expounds the current situation of development, summarizes the current situation of Shandong elderly tourism development and the basis of industrial integration.And the elderly tourism market characteristics and bottlenecks.Chapter four: further combing the situation of the old tourism industry in Shandong Province, after comparing the various evaluation models of tourism industry convergence, selecting the most suitable AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining the characteristics of Shandong elderly tourism, established the evaluation index.To construct the integrated evaluation system of Shandong senior tourism industry.The fifth chapter: according to the current situation of Shandong senior tourism development, one by one analysis, trying to put forward Shandong senior tourism development strategy under the angle of industrial convergence, including resource integration, market integration, function integration,Support integration and technology integration and other five development strategies.Chapter six: combing the general situation of this paper, summarizing the shortcomings of the research, and proposing further improvement direction.
