【摘要】：隨著我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程的加快,我國鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)發(fā)展速度加快,鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)面臨著轉(zhuǎn)型升級,且隨著城市發(fā)展水平和居民生活水平的提高,具有旅游資源和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢的鄉(xiāng)村成為旅游目的地,轉(zhuǎn)型為以旅游發(fā)展為主的旅游型鄉(xiāng)村。但在發(fā)展中面臨著旅游產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化、鄉(xiāng)村性體驗不明顯、鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境惡化、公共配套服務(wù)設(shè)施薄弱等問題。本文的寫作目標(biāo)正是在蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村如火如荼發(fā)展的大背景下,把握問題的關(guān)鍵,為蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村的良性發(fā)展出謀劃策。首先,對蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)性分析。對蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村涉及到的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,對國內(nèi)外的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),明確目前關(guān)于旅游型鄉(xiāng)村的研究重點。從外在條件與內(nèi)在環(huán)境兩方面探討影響蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的各要素,以及現(xiàn)狀參與模式,并根據(jù)不同階段影響要素作用程度的大小,主導(dǎo)參與模式的不同,將蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村的演變分為起步、發(fā)展、鞏固三個階段,并從經(jīng)營規(guī)模、鄉(xiāng)村旅游配套設(shè)施、空間布局以及參與模式等方面進(jìn)行相應(yīng)分析。其次,對蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行針對性分析。根據(jù)推拉理論,將蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展歸結(jié)為兩個主導(dǎo)動力,即外在推動力和內(nèi)在驅(qū)動力。并在動力機(jī)制的作用下,將蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村的發(fā)展分為起步、發(fā)展與鞏固三階段。并針對在其發(fā)展過程中存在的各種問題,從規(guī)劃統(tǒng)籌、空間布局、資源環(huán)境、旅游開發(fā)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以及政策制度等六個方面分析問題,提出解決優(yōu)化策略。再次,蘇州旅游型鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展策略的提出。將鄉(xiāng)村特色的體現(xiàn)、鄉(xiāng)村資源的合理開發(fā)以及參與模式的創(chuàng)新作為鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的立足點,形成多層次、差異化的旅游產(chǎn)品。并根據(jù)區(qū)位交通、資源稟賦等要素提出“城市依托型”和“景區(qū)依托型”兩類不同的旅游型鄉(xiāng)村,明確各自的類別屬性,凸顯自身的特色,在發(fā)展過程中有輕重主次之分,并根據(jù)自身特點制定適宜的發(fā)展目標(biāo),圍繞這兩類各具特色的旅游鄉(xiāng)村,有針對性地制定發(fā)展策略,前者采取城鄉(xiāng)互動的發(fā)展策略,后者走聯(lián)動互助路線,在進(jìn)行鄉(xiāng)村旅游建設(shè)規(guī)劃時,合理進(jìn)行鄉(xiāng)村內(nèi)部空間的布局、景觀的營造、旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施的配置、公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的配備以及交通系統(tǒng)的布置。最后,根據(jù)生命周期理論,根據(jù)蘇州陸巷古村發(fā)展的實際情況,針對鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源、旅游產(chǎn)品、鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境、空間結(jié)構(gòu)以及參與模式提出發(fā)展策略,使陸巷古村在發(fā)展中不斷完善,以期達(dá)到鄉(xiāng)村旅游與村民生活的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of urban-rural integration in China, the development of rural areas in China is accelerating, the rural economic structure and industrial structure are facing transformation and upgrading, and with the improvement of the level of urban development and the living standards of residents. The villages with tourism resources and location advantages become the tourist destination and transform into tourist villages with tourism development in the main, but in the process of development, they are faced with the homogeneity of tourism products, the rural experience is not obvious, and the rural environment is deteriorating. The writing goal of this paper is to grasp the key of the problem under the background of Suzhou tourist countryside developing in full swing, and to make suggestions for the benign development of Suzhou tourist countryside. The basic analysis of Suzhou tourism rural development, the definition of Suzhou tourism rural related concepts, the summary of domestic and foreign research, To clarify the current research focus on tourism rural areas. From the external conditions and internal environment to explore the factors that affect the development of tourism villages in Suzhou, as well as the current participation model, and according to the extent of the impact of factors in different stages. The evolution of Suzhou tourist villages is divided into three stages: starting, developing and consolidating, and the corresponding analysis is made from the aspects of business scale, rural tourism supporting facilities, spatial layout and participation mode. According to the theory of push and pull, the development of Suzhou tourism countryside is reduced to two main driving forces, namely, external driving force and internal driving force, and under the action of dynamic mechanism, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of tourism rural areas in Suzhou, according to the theory of push and pull. The development of tourism villages in Suzhou is divided into three stages: starting, developing and consolidating. The infrastructure and policy system are analyzed in six aspects, and the optimization strategy is put forward. Thirdly, the development strategy of Suzhou tourism rural areas is put forward. The rational development of rural resources and the innovation of participating mode, as the foothold of rural development, form multi-level and differentiated tourism products. The resource endowment and other factors put forward two different types of tourist villages: "urban relying" and "scenic spot relying", which make clear their respective category attributes, highlight their own characteristics, and have priority and priority in the process of development. And according to their own characteristics to formulate appropriate development goals, around the two types of tourism villages, targeted development strategies, the former takes the development strategy of urban-rural interaction, the latter take the line of mutual help. In the planning of rural tourism construction, the layout of rural interior space, the construction of landscape, the allocation of tourism service facilities, the allocation of public infrastructure and the arrangement of transportation system should be carried out reasonably. Finally, according to the theory of life cycle, According to the actual situation of the development of the ancient village of Luxiang in Suzhou, this paper puts forward the development strategy for the rural tourism resources, tourism products, rural environment, spatial structure and participation mode, which makes the ancient village of Luxiang perfect continuously in the development. In order to achieve the harmonious development of rural tourism and villagers' life.
