【摘要】:我國旅游業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大,旅游業(yè)的國際影響力穩(wěn)步提升,旅游景區(qū)作為我國旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的重要基礎,它既是旅游業(yè)的重要組成部分和旅游市場的核心吸引物,也是旅游就業(yè)的重要渠道、旅游創(chuàng)收的重要來源和我國旅游業(yè)形象的重要體現(xiàn),而在所有景區(qū)中,4A、5A級景區(qū)是我國旅游景區(qū)的中堅力量,以4A、5A級景區(qū)為代表來進行景區(qū)相關的研究有著重要的意義。另外,近幾年來,我國景區(qū)門票價格上漲頻繁,景區(qū)門票價格備受社會關注,因此研究景區(qū)門票價格的空間差異有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文主要運用GIS軟件通過緩沖區(qū)分析、空間自相關分析對我國4A、5A級景區(qū)門票價格進行了空間差異研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)我國4A、5A級景區(qū)離客源市場距離不同,定價存在著差異,離客源市場越遠,景區(qū)門票價格越高;(2)我國4A、5A級景區(qū)門票價格水平與交通線存在很大的空間關系,景區(qū)離交通線越遠,定價越高;(3)我國4A、5A級景區(qū)門票價格水平區(qū)域集聚特征顯著,景區(qū)門票價格水平相對較高的中西部地區(qū)在空間上分別趨于集聚,尤其是中部六省都位于門票較高聚集區(qū)。最后對我國4A、5A級景區(qū)門票價格空間差異也分析了其影響因素,由于一時無法改變一些客觀因素的現(xiàn)狀,文章針對主觀因素方面,提出了景區(qū)門票合理定價的相關建議。
[Abstract]:The tourism industry of our country is developing continuously, the international influence of tourism industry is improving steadily. As an important foundation of tourism development in our country, tourist attractions are not only an important part of tourism industry but also a core attraction of tourism market. It is also an important channel for tourism employment, an important source of tourism income and an important embodiment of the image of our country's tourism industry. Among all scenic spots, 4A5A-grade scenic spots are the backbone of our tourist attractions. It is of great significance to study the relevant scenic spots with 4AZ5A-grade scenic spots as the representative. In addition, in recent years, the ticket prices of scenic spots in China have risen frequently, and ticket prices in scenic spots have attracted the attention of the society. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the spatial differences of ticket prices in scenic spots. This paper mainly uses GIS software through buffer zone analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis to study the spatial difference of ticket price of 4Ala-5A scenic spot in China. It is found that the distance from the market to the tourist market is different and the pricing is different. The farther away from the tourist market, the higher the ticket price of the scenic spot. (2) there is a great spatial relationship between the price level of the 4A5A-class scenic spot and the traffic line, and the farther the scenic spot is from the traffic line, The higher the pricing is, the higher the regional agglomeration characteristics of the ticket price level of 4A5A-grade scenic spots are, and the central and western regions with relatively high ticket price level tend to gather in space respectively. In particular, the six central provinces are located in the high concentration area of tickets. Finally, the paper analyzes the spatial differences of ticket prices in 4A- 5A scenic spots in China. Because it is impossible to change the present situation of some objective factors for the time being, the article aims at subjective factors. The paper puts forward some suggestions on the reasonable pricing of scenic area tickets.
