【摘要】：近年來，農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游蓬勃發(fā)展，它的發(fā)展可以切實(shí)的增加農(nóng)民收入，推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展，促進(jìn)農(nóng)村建設(shè)。浙江省各地涌現(xiàn)了各具特色的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)、休閑農(nóng)莊、森林人家等，取得了一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和生態(tài)效益。樂清是一座凝聚悠久歷史和燦爛文明的古城，屹立在東海之濱，具有濃郁的鄉(xiāng)村特色、田園風(fēng)光和發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文結(jié)合運(yùn)用實(shí)踐調(diào)研和實(shí)證分析的方法，分析了樂清發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，研究了樂清農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游發(fā)展方向，明確發(fā)展目標(biāo)。綜合以上的分析，最后得出樂清市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題和相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，以供有關(guān)部門參考。全文共分為七章： 第一章研究休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)背景和意義。包括國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、研究的基本內(nèi)容和方法，研究的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游相關(guān)概念界定以及理論基礎(chǔ)，包括休閑農(nóng)業(yè)、觀光農(nóng)業(yè)以及休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游等概念的界定。接著分析了一些基礎(chǔ)理論，如體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論，特色農(nóng)業(yè)理論，為后文論述奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，國(guó)外的包括歐洲、美洲、亞洲、澳中；國(guó)內(nèi)的包括北京、上海、深圳、浙江、湖南、臺(tái)灣等地。 第四章介紹了樂清市休閑旅游發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的概況，樂清發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，本節(jié)介紹了樂清休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)樂清發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)提出幾點(diǎn)啟示。 第五章主要介紹了樂清農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游存在的一些問題。首先介紹了雁蕩山風(fēng)景區(qū)旅游市場(chǎng)面臨的問題，主要包括對(duì)景區(qū)的續(xù)傳力度不足，社會(huì)影響力不強(qiáng)，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈短，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后，層次不夠高，旅游產(chǎn)品單一，缺乏創(chuàng)新，規(guī)模不夠大。然后分析了樂清市農(nóng)家樂存在的一些問題。 第六章樂清市農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游發(fā)展對(duì)策及措施。本章對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的保障進(jìn)行了分析，包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、增強(qiáng)政府扶持力度、協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展等；此外，對(duì)樂清農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游市場(chǎng)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析，包括國(guó)內(nèi)客源的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和拓寬海外市場(chǎng)分析，最后闡述了目前再發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題。 第七章在前面幾章分析的基礎(chǔ)之上，總結(jié)了全文，并對(duì)樂清休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出政策建議，如加強(qiáng)政府對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的專項(xiàng)扶持力度；通過對(duì)樂清觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展調(diào)研；發(fā)展旅游循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)，保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境等，，希望能對(duì)有關(guān)部門提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, agricultural leisure tourism has flourished. Its development can effectively increase farmers' income, promote agricultural development, and promote rural construction. In Zhejiang Province, various tourism agricultural parks, leisure farms, forest families and so on have emerged. Yueqing is an ancient city with a long history and splendid civilization. It stands on the coast of the East China Sea and has strong rural characteristics. This paper analyzes the present situation and trend of Yueqing's development of leisure agriculture, and studies the development direction of Yueqing's agricultural leisure tourism. Make clear the development goal. Synthesizes above analysis, finally obtains the Yueqing leisure agriculture development existence question and the corresponding countermeasure, for the related department reference. The full text altogether divides into seven chapters:. The first chapter studies the background and significance of the development of leisure agriculture, including the development of domestic and foreign status, the basic contents and methods of the study, the focus of the study, difficulties, innovative points. The second chapter introduces the definition and theoretical basis of agricultural leisure tourism, including the definition of leisure agriculture, sightseeing agriculture and leisure agriculture tourism, and then analyzes some basic theories, such as the theory of experience economics. The characteristic agriculture theory lays the theoretical foundation for the later article elaboration. The third chapter introduces the development experience of agricultural leisure tourism at home and abroad, including Europe, America, Asia, Australia and China, and Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Zhejiang, Hunan, Taiwan and so on. The fourth chapter introduces the history and present situation of leisure tourism development in Yueqing City, the general situation of developing leisure agriculture, and the remarkable economic benefits of Yueqing leisure agriculture. This section introduces the characteristics of Yueqing leisure agriculture development. And puts forward several enlightenment to Yueqing development leisure agriculture. The fifth chapter mainly introduces some problems existing in Yueqing agricultural leisure tourism. Firstly, it introduces the problems facing the tourist market of Yandangshan scenic spot, including the lack of continuous transmission of scenic spots, weak social influence and short tourism industry chain. The infrastructure is backward, the level is not high enough, the tourism product is single, lacks the innovation, the scale is not big enough. Chapter VI: countermeasures and measures for the development of agricultural leisure tourism in Yueqing. This chapter analyzes the protection of the development of leisure agriculture, including infrastructure construction, strengthening of government support, coordination of sustainable development, and so on. This paper analyzes the construction of Yueqing agricultural leisure tourism market, including the steady development of domestic tourist resources and the expansion of overseas markets, and finally expounds the problems encountered in the process of re-development at present. The seventh chapter summarizes the full text on the basis of the analysis of the preceding chapters, and puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of Yueqing leisure agriculture, such as strengthening the special support of the government to leisure agriculture, investigating and investigating the development of Yueqing sightseeing and leisure agriculture; Developing tourism circular economy, protecting ecological environment and so on, hope to provide reference to relevant departments.
