【摘要】：用文獻(xiàn)統(tǒng)計法對近10年來國外旅游創(chuàng)新研究進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)國外旅游創(chuàng)新研究主要集中于創(chuàng)新概念、旅游創(chuàng)新過程、旅游要素創(chuàng)新、旅游創(chuàng)新機(jī)制以及創(chuàng)新政策等領(lǐng)域。盡管旅游創(chuàng)新尚未形成統(tǒng)一概念,但是呈現(xiàn)出從依賴技術(shù)創(chuàng)新到依賴服務(wù)創(chuàng)新后再聚焦旅游創(chuàng)新的研究脈絡(luò)。創(chuàng)新過程理論涉及創(chuàng)新流程及參與主體等研究。旅游要素創(chuàng)新以產(chǎn)品為重點,研究廣泛涉及酒店、餐飲、景區(qū)、旅行社等傳統(tǒng)旅游企業(yè)創(chuàng)新。旅游創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動機(jī)制研究則從旅游知識及其管理、新技術(shù)運(yùn)用、創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)、利益相關(guān)者、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)散等方面深入展開。綜上,國外旅游創(chuàng)新研究正日益強(qiáng)化其跨學(xué)科理論支撐,反映其研究視角的交叉多元化、研究方法豐富多樣化以及研究內(nèi)容的不斷拓展與深化等特點。旅游創(chuàng)新研究方興未艾。為此,文章對旅游創(chuàng)新未來研究趨勢進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,并提出了對我國旅游創(chuàng)新研究的若干啟示。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the foreign tourism innovation research in recent 10 years by literature statistics, and finds that the foreign tourism innovation research mainly focuses on the concept of innovation, the process of tourism innovation, and the innovation of tourism elements. Although tourism innovation has not yet formed a unified concept, However, it presents the research context of tourism innovation from relying on technology innovation to service innovation. The innovation process theory involves innovation process and participants. The innovation of tourism elements is focused on products, and the research extensively involves hotels. The innovation of traditional tourism enterprises, such as catering, scenic spots, travel agencies and so on. The research on the driving mechanism of tourism innovation is carried out from the aspects of tourism knowledge and its management, the application of new technologies, innovative systems, stakeholders, social networks, innovation diffusion and so on. Foreign tourism innovation research is increasingly strengthening its interdisciplinary theoretical support, reflecting the cross-diversification of its research perspective, rich and diversified research methods, and the continuous expansion and deepening of the research content, etc. The tourism innovation research is in the ascendant. This paper predicts the future research trend of tourism innovation and puts forward some enlightenments to the study of tourism innovation in China.
