【摘要】：當(dāng)前,跨境旅游合作正成為國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn),是旅游發(fā)展的時(shí)代潮流與謀求區(qū)域共同利益的必然趨勢(shì)。利用區(qū)位鄰近的獨(dú)特天然優(yōu)勢(shì),閩臺(tái)旅游發(fā)展已是如火如荼�！靶∪ā钡膶�(shí)施和海峽旅游建設(shè)的推動(dòng),為福建馬尾和臺(tái)灣馬祖的跨境旅游合作提供了契機(jī)。“兩馬”跨境旅游合作不僅有利于兩地的旅游業(yè)乃至社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化互惠雙贏,更是加強(qiáng)兩岸交流的重要窗口,為其他領(lǐng)域的合作提供了借鑒。但近年來(lái)“兩馬”旅游卻呈現(xiàn)逐漸被邊緣化、經(jīng)營(yíng)蕭條之態(tài),如何充分發(fā)揮“五緣”優(yōu)勢(shì),努力挖掘“兩馬”旅游資源的潛力,推進(jìn)“兩馬”旅游交流的渠道多元化、線路精品化、活動(dòng)常態(tài)化,在新機(jī)遇與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中擴(kuò)大和深化“兩馬”跨境旅游合作仍是擺在我們面前的一個(gè)重要課題。 本文在參閱大量中外文獻(xiàn)與相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,回顧了“兩馬”跨境旅游合作發(fā)展歷程,利用實(shí)地考察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、深度訪談等研究手段,從旅游資源賦存、客源市場(chǎng)優(yōu)劣、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)特征三個(gè)方面對(duì)其合作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)證探究,并聯(lián)系實(shí)際,基于RMP(昂譜)分析模型下的結(jié)論提出促進(jìn)“兩馬”旅游進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化提升的建議策略,以期制訂目標(biāo)清晰的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,促進(jìn)新形勢(shì)下的“兩馬”跨境旅游合作邁向新臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:At present, cross-border tourism cooperation is becoming a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad. It is the trend of tourism development and the inevitable trend of seeking regional common interests. The tourism development of Fujian and Taiwan has been in full swing. The implementation of the "mini three links" and the promotion of tourism construction in the Straits, This provides an opportunity for the cross-border tourism cooperation between Mawei in Fujian and Matsu in Taiwan. The cross-border tourism cooperation between the two countries is not only beneficial to the tourism industry of the two places, but also to the win-win situation of social, economic, and cultural cooperation, and is also an important window for strengthening cross-strait exchanges. But in recent years, the tourism of "two horses" has been gradually marginalized, and its business is in a state of depression. How to make full use of the "five advantages" and make great efforts to tap the potential of the "two horses" tourism resources, It is still an important subject in front of us to promote the diversification of the channels of tourism exchange between the two countries, the refinement of routes, the normalization of activities, and the expansion and deepening of cross-border tourism cooperation between the two countries in the new opportunities and competitions. Based on a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures and related theories, this paper reviews the development course of cross-border tourism cooperation between the two countries, and makes use of such research methods as field investigation, questionnaire investigation, in-depth interview, etc., from the perspective of the existence of tourism resources and the advantages and disadvantages of the tourist source market. Three aspects of the product development characteristics of its cooperation status of empirical research, and combined with the actual, based on the conclusion of RMP-based (Aang spectrum) analysis model, proposed to promote the "two horse" tourism further optimization and upgrading of the proposed strategy. The aim is to formulate a clear strategic concept and to promote the cross-border tourism cooperation between the two countries in the new situation to a new level.
