【摘要】：2016年5月摩洛哥國王訪問中國,期間兩國簽署了建立中摩戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系的聯(lián)合聲明,旨在深化兩國在經(jīng)貿(mào)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域的合作。自2016年6月1日起,摩洛哥對(duì)中國游客實(shí)行免簽政策,赴摩旅游的中國游客人數(shù)激增,中摩兩國在旅游方面的合作也日益增多。通過對(duì)摩洛哥作為中國出境游目的地的swot分析,本文首先得出中摩旅游合作具有良好發(fā)展前景的結(jié)論,然后以“一帶一路”互聯(lián)互通政策中的民心相通、政策溝通為指導(dǎo),對(duì)中摩旅游合作發(fā)展中存在的問題和威脅作出相應(yīng)的分析并提出解決思路和建議,為“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略下中摩兩國的旅游合作提供有利的發(fā)展線索。隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展和中國“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的提出,中國和摩洛哥的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系日益加強(qiáng)。中摩戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系的建立,意味著兩國在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的合作將迎來前所未有的機(jī)遇。摩洛哥地處非洲西北角,北部瀕臨歐洲,戰(zhàn)略位置獨(dú)特,是中國發(fā)展歐洲和非洲市場的良好切入點(diǎn)。中摩經(jīng)濟(jì)合作發(fā)展,必然會(huì)為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來更多的機(jī)遇。但目前中摩在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域合作方面還存在很多困難,合作模式的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展也面臨很大挑戰(zhàn)。如果中國和摩洛哥能夠以旅游業(yè)為契機(jī),恰當(dāng)?shù)乩寐糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)的合作發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)相互間其他領(lǐng)域的合作,不僅能夠極大地推動(dòng)兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,也對(duì)今后更好地發(fā)展同其他阿拉伯國家及非洲國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系有著十分積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In May 2016, when the King of Morocco visited China, the two countries signed a joint statement on the establishment of a strategic partnership between the two countries, with the aim of deepening bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy and trade, infrastructure construction, etc. Since June 1st 2016, Morocco has adopted a visa-free policy for Chinese tourists. The number of Chinese tourists visiting Mozambique has soared, and the cooperation between the two countries in tourism has been increasing day by day. The swot analysis of Morocco as a destination for Chinese outbound tours is carried out. This paper first comes to the conclusion that the tourism cooperation between China and Mozambique has a good prospect, and then takes "Belt and Road" in the policy of interconnection and communication as the guide. The problems and threats existing in the development of tourism cooperation between China and Mozambique are analyzed, and the solutions and suggestions are put forward. To provide favorable clues for the tourism cooperation between China and Morocco under the "Belt and Road" strategy. With the development of global economic integration and the development of China's "going out" strategy, The economic relations between China and Morocco are increasingly strengthened. The establishment of the strategic partnership between China and Morocco means that the cooperation between the two countries in the economic field will welcome unprecedented opportunities. Morocco is located in the north-west corner of Africa, bordering on Europe in the north and strategically unique. It is a good entry point for China to develop the European and African markets. The development of economic cooperation between China and Morocco will inevitably bring more opportunities for China's economic development. However, at present, there are still many difficulties in economic cooperation between China and Morocco. The innovation and development of cooperation models also face great challenges. If China and Morocco can take advantage of tourism as an opportunity to take advantage of the cooperative development of the tourism industry and strengthen cooperation in other fields between them, It will not only greatly promote the economic development of the two countries, but also have a very positive practical significance for the better development of economic relations with other Arab countries and African countries in the future.
