【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,旅游業(yè)收入日益增加,作為人們追求高品質(zhì)生活不可或缺的旅游產(chǎn)品逐漸受到政府的重視。云南作為旅游大省,作為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的旅游業(yè)正在快速的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)顯示出巨大的經(jīng)濟潛力。昭通大山包風景區(qū)資源獨特,可以開發(fā)成世界級旅游產(chǎn)品。在這樣的大背景下,本文對昭通大山包風景區(qū)進行開發(fā)模式研究,為其合理有效開發(fā)提出可行的措施和建議。本文通過對昭通大山包風景區(qū)的資源特點、基礎設施、內(nèi)部管理、周邊環(huán)境和開發(fā)模式等方面實際情況進行分析和研究,結合旅游景區(qū)開發(fā)模式的相關理論和SWOT分析為昭通大山包風景區(qū)找準定位。根據(jù)昭通大山包風景區(qū)的資源特質(zhì),本文對昭通大山包風景區(qū)現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細調(diào)查、分析,參考借鑒國內(nèi)外代表開發(fā)模式的成功經(jīng)驗,提出了一個適合昭通大山包風景區(qū)的開發(fā)模式,并且對該模式運行可能存在的風險以及解決方法進行了探討。希望通過運行該模式,在保護景區(qū)資源、環(huán)境的前提下,實現(xiàn)景區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,使得昭通大山包風景區(qū)能為地方發(fā)展帶來可觀的經(jīng)濟收益。本文研究說明昭通大山包風景區(qū)還處于初級發(fā)展階段,有著多方面的優(yōu)勢和機遇。在選擇開發(fā)模式時,在舊的開發(fā)模式的基礎上,吸取了國內(nèi)外代表性開發(fā)模式的先進經(jīng)驗,創(chuàng)新出一個新的開發(fā)模式。新的開發(fā)模式具有權力分散、產(chǎn)權與地位明確、開發(fā)與保護并重的優(yōu)點,為昭通大山包風景區(qū)的開發(fā)提供了有利條件。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's tourism industry, tourism revenue is increasing day by day. As an indispensable tourist product for people to pursue a high quality of life, the government has gradually attached importance to Yunnan Province, which is a big tourist province. Tourism, as a pillar industry, is developing rapidly and has shown great economic potential. Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot has unique resources and can be developed into a world-class tourism product. Under such a background, This paper studies the development mode of Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot, and puts forward feasible measures and suggestions for its rational and effective development. This paper analyzes the resource characteristics, infrastructure, internal management of Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot. The surrounding environment and development model are analyzed and studied, combined with the related theories of tourism development model and SWOT analysis, the location of Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot is found. According to the resource characteristics of Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot, This paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the present situation of Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot, and draws on the successful experience of the representative development model at home and abroad, and puts forward a development model suitable for Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot. The paper also discusses the possible risks and solutions to the operation of the model. It is hoped that the sustainable development of the scenic area can be realized on the premise of protecting the resources and environment of the scenic spot. This study shows that Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot is still in the primary stage of development, and has many advantages and opportunities. On the basis of the old development model and drawing on the advanced experience of the representative development model at home and abroad, a new development model has been innovated. The new development model has the advantages of decentralized power, clear property rights and status, and equal emphasis on development and protection. It provides favorable conditions for the development of Zhaotong Dashanbao Scenic spot.
