成都市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,收入水平的提高,人們有更多的時(shí)間和金錢享受生活,同時(shí)伴隨城市化進(jìn)程的加快,城市生活壓力加大,城市污染嚴(yán)重,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展既可以滿足城市人對(duì)綠色安全的食品、清新的空氣、寧?kù)o的環(huán)境氛圍、回歸大自然等更高層次的需求,又促進(jìn)了農(nóng)民收入的增加和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,因此休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展獲得巨大推動(dòng)力,也在國(guó)內(nèi)外迅速興起。 成都平原農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá),農(nóng)業(yè)資源豐富多樣,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)刈匀痪坝^,歷史古跡和其特定的休閑文化,農(nóng)業(yè)資源旅游開發(fā)價(jià)值大、開發(fā)范圍廣。作為中國(guó)“農(nóng)家樂”的發(fā)源地,成都其休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,出現(xiàn)如農(nóng)科村和三圣花鄉(xiāng)等的較為成功的案例。然而,成都休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的發(fā)展是否滿足當(dāng)下旅游的趨勢(shì),如何實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和保持地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)性是值得研究的。 本文采用ASEB柵格分析方法,將旅游體驗(yàn)納入產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)分析中,解決因游客的需求引發(fā)的問題。文章將休閑農(nóng)業(yè)定義為一種旅游產(chǎn)品,納入旅游研究范疇。從旅游的目的地角度出發(fā),休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是指旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)者憑借農(nóng)村的自然環(huán)境、農(nóng)業(yè)資源、田園景觀、生產(chǎn)內(nèi)容、農(nóng)家生活、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品和鄉(xiāng)土文化等吸引物、交通和旅游設(shè)施,向游客提供一系列與農(nóng)業(yè)有關(guān)的活動(dòng)用以滿足其休閑旅游活動(dòng)需求的全部服務(wù)。文章分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分論述了文章研究的背景和意義,研究的目的和方法,通過整合休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了文章研究的思路;第二部分是相關(guān)理論的研究,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的概念界定,并提出了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是一種旅游產(chǎn)品而非新型產(chǎn)業(yè)的觀點(diǎn),以旅游產(chǎn)品理論、旅游產(chǎn)品生命周期理論、旅游市場(chǎng)學(xué)理論和體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論指導(dǎo)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展為文章奠定研究方向。第三部分,從自然、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、休閑環(huán)境變化條件、成都居民私家車擁有量等方面闡述成都休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件;分析成都休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程、經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況、休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源狀況,并運(yùn)用ASEB柵格分析法把游客體驗(yàn)納入成都休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分析,通過深度訪談分析和問卷調(diào)查分析對(duì)游客個(gè)人背景資料、旅游決策行為、旅游期望度與滿意度、旅游后續(xù)行為的分析基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)問卷反饋信息和訪談信息,做了一定的整理和分析,進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)后填入ASEB分析法的各個(gè)單元格中,得出初步的研究結(jié)論,對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品存在的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析;第四部分,從旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)角度提出休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,挖掘休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品文化內(nèi)涵,構(gòu)建完善的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品譜系,突破傳統(tǒng)觀光產(chǎn)品,培養(yǎng)中高端度假產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品走個(gè)性化、特色化、主題化方向,實(shí)現(xiàn)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品推廣的多元化,增加配套服務(wù)設(shè)施,提高服務(wù)水平,充分發(fā)揮政府的主導(dǎo)作用,促進(jìn)旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)者之間的合作。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of income level, people have more time and money to enjoy life. At the same time, with the acceleration of urbanization, the pressure of urban life is increasing, and the city pollution is serious. The development of leisure agriculture can not only meet the higher demand of urban people for green and safe food, fresh air, quiet environment, return to nature, but also promote the increase of farmers' income and the adjustment of rural economic structure. Therefore the leisure agriculture development obtains the huge impetus, also rises rapidly in the domestic and foreign. Chengdu Plain has developed agriculture, rich and diverse agricultural resources, combined with local natural landscape, historical sites and its specific leisure culture, agricultural resources tourism development is of great value and wide scope of development. As the birthplace of China's "Nongjiayue", Chengdu Plain is the birthplace of "Nongjiale". Chengdu's leisure agriculture is developing rapidly, such as agriculture village and Sansheng flower village, etc. However, whether the development of Chengdu leisure agriculture tourism meets the current trend of tourism, How to achieve sustainable development and maintain the sustainability of local economy is worth studying. In this paper, the ASEB grid analysis method is used to integrate tourism experience into product development and design analysis to solve the problems caused by tourists' demand. This paper defines leisure agriculture as a kind of tourism product. From the perspective of tourism destination, leisure agriculture refers to tourism operators relying on rural natural environment, agricultural resources, pastoral landscape, production content, farm life, agricultural products and local culture, and so on. Transportation and tourism facilities provide tourists with a whole range of agri-related activities to meet their leisure tourism needs. The article is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the background and significance of the research. The purpose and method of the research, on the basis of integrating the domestic and foreign research status of leisure agriculture, put forward the ideas of the article. The second part is the research of relevant theories, the definition of the concept of leisure agriculture, And put forward the view that leisure agriculture is a kind of tourism product rather than a new type of industry, based on the theory of tourism product and the theory of tourism product life cycle. Tourism market theory and experience economy theory guide the development of leisure agriculture as the research direction. The third part, from nature, social and economic conditions, agriculture and tourism development foundation, leisure environment change conditions, This paper expounds the advantages of Chengdu leisure agriculture in terms of the private car ownership of Chengdu residents, analyzes the course of development of Chengdu leisure agriculture, the status of management, and the status of leisure agriculture resources. The ASEB grid analysis method is used to analyze the tourist experience in Chengdu leisure agricultural products, and through in-depth interview analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the tourists' personal background information, tourism decision-making behavior, tourism expectation and satisfaction. On the basis of the analysis of tourism follow-up behavior, according to the feedback information and interview information of the questionnaire, the author makes a certain arrangement and analysis, then summarizes and summarizes, and then fills in each cell of the ASEB analysis method, and draws the preliminary research conclusions. Part 4th, from the perspective of tourism product development, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture, excavate the cultural connotation of leisure agricultural products, and construct a complete spectrum of leisure agricultural products. Break through the traditional sightseeing products, train the middle and high-end vacation products, take the direction of individuation, feature and theme, realize the diversification of the promotion of the leisure agricultural products, increase the supporting service facilities, and improve the service level. Give full play to the leading role of the government and promote cooperation between tourism operators.
