【摘要】：觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是我國進入21世紀(jì)以后發(fā)展方興未艾的新事物,是在傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的與現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)相結(jié)合的一種交叉的邊緣型產(chǎn)業(yè)。隴南山區(qū)多山地、丘陵,地貌特征豐富,利用山區(qū)優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境,豐富的農(nóng)業(yè)資源以及根植于本土的濃厚的鄉(xiāng)村文化特色和農(nóng)村人文景觀,觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的興起,為隴南山區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)的實現(xiàn)跨越式和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了發(fā)展方向和模式。 本文綜合了已有的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的研究成果,對觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的概念、特點、功能、類型進行了深入的探討,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了山區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃發(fā)展原則和方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對隴南的觀光農(nóng)業(yè)資源進行廣泛而細致的調(diào)查,獲取了現(xiàn)實的第一手資料,對隴南山區(qū)各類觀光農(nóng)業(yè)資源進行分析和評價,找出觀光農(nóng)業(yè)旅游開發(fā)中所存在的問題、優(yōu)勢和潛力：其地理環(huán)境條件優(yōu)越,自然資源豐富,生物物種多樣,種植業(yè)基礎(chǔ)較好,林茶果生產(chǎn)歷史悠久,畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨于合理,經(jīng)濟快速增長,社會諸條件得天獨厚,為建設(shè)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。同時存在著耕地資源緊缺,生產(chǎn)力低下,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡,農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源需進一步挖掘。根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)學(xué)和旅游學(xué)的原理,結(jié)合當(dāng)前觀光農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展方向,最終摸索出以隴南山區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃開發(fā)應(yīng)以特色主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)為切入點,充分利用當(dāng)?shù)剌^好氣候條件,多樣地貌特征,豐富的資源,圍繞主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)進行科學(xué)規(guī)劃,合理布局,實現(xiàn)山區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)觀光跨越式發(fā)展的策略。同時為實現(xiàn)理論與實踐的相結(jié)合,進一步研究了隴南山區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃的原則、理念和方法,并依此為指導(dǎo),進行了初步的實證規(guī)劃。 本文中對隴南山區(qū)觀光農(nóng)業(yè)資源進行分析和評價,對今后隴南觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計具有一定的實用價值和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a new thing that is in the ascendant development after 21th century in our country. It is a kind of intersecting marginal industry combined with modern tourism, which is developed on the basis of traditional agriculture. There are many mountains and hills in Longnan Mountain area. Rich landform features, the use of the beautiful natural environment in mountain areas, rich agricultural resources, strong rural cultural characteristics rooted in the native and rural cultural landscape, the rise of sightseeing agriculture, It provides the development direction and mode for realizing the leapfrog and sustainable development of agriculture in Longnan mountainous area. This paper synthesizes the existing research results of sightseeing agriculture, probes into the concept, characteristics, functions and types of sightseeing agriculture, and combines the development and research status of sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the principles and methods for the development of sightseeing agriculture planning in mountainous areas. On this basis, through extensive and meticulous investigation of the tourism agricultural resources in Longnan, the actual first-hand information is obtained. This paper analyzes and evaluates all kinds of sightseeing agricultural resources in Longnan Mountain area, finds out the problems, advantages and potentialities existing in the development of sightseeing agricultural tourism: its geographical environment is superior, its natural resources are abundant, biological species are diverse, and its planting industry has a good foundation. The forest tea fruit production has a long history, the animal husbandry develops rapidly, the industrial structure tends to be reasonable, the economy grows rapidly, and the social conditions are unique, which create good conditions for the construction of sightseeing agriculture. At the same time, there is a shortage of cultivated land resources. With low productivity and unbalanced rural economic development, agricultural tourism resources need to be further excavated. According to the principles of agricultural ecology and tourism science, combined with the current situation and development direction of sightseeing agriculture, Finally, it is found that the planning and development of sightseeing agriculture in Longnan mountain area should take the characteristic leading industry as the starting point, make full use of the better local climate conditions, various geomorphological features, abundant resources, and carry out scientific planning and rational distribution around the leading industry. In order to realize the combination of theory and practice, the principles, concepts and methods of agricultural tourism planning in Longnan mountainous area are further studied, and the preliminary empirical planning is carried out according to the strategy of realizing the great-leap-forward development of agricultural sightseeing in mountainous areas. This paper analyzes and evaluates the tourism agricultural resources in Longnan mountainous area, which has certain practical value and guiding significance for the planning and design of tourism agriculture in Longnan in the future.
