基于SWOT分析的延安紅色旅游業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、健康、快速地增長(zhǎng),旅游業(yè)得到迅猛發(fā)展,人們對(duì)旅游的消費(fèi)需求也日趨旺盛。紅色旅游,作為旅游活動(dòng)和產(chǎn)品的“新星”具有特殊的地位。為了更好的促進(jìn)、指導(dǎo)和帶動(dòng)全國(guó)各個(gè)區(qū)域紅色旅游業(yè)健康的發(fā)展,中央辦公廳和國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳分別于2004年聯(lián)合下發(fā)關(guān)于《2004—2010年全國(guó)紅色旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》和2011年關(guān)于《2011-2015年全國(guó)紅色旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》。發(fā)揮資源優(yōu)勢(shì),促進(jìn)延安紅色旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,,對(duì)延安經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 本文共分四部分內(nèi)容,第一部分緒論,闡述了有關(guān)發(fā)展紅色旅游的選題背景及研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)紅色旅游的文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路和方法以及論文預(yù)期要達(dá)到的目標(biāo)和可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分從紅色旅游與紅色旅游資源的概念、特征、意義等方面入手,綜合論述了發(fā)展紅色旅游的意義及研究現(xiàn)狀;第三部分通過(guò)運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,分析了延安紅色旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),以及機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),確定了其戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)定位;第四部分,從完善旅游相關(guān)法規(guī)制度、創(chuàng)新延安紅色旅游宣傳營(yíng)銷機(jī)制、加快人才興旅戰(zhàn)略步伐、改善延安基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、發(fā)展延安紅色旅游品牌、提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量等方面提出具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the sustained, healthy and rapid growth of China's economy and the rapid development of tourism, the consumer demand for tourism has become increasingly strong. As a tourist activity and product, "New Star" has a special status. In order to better promote, guide and promote the healthy development of red tourism in all regions of the country, On 2004, the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the outline of the National Red Tourism Development Plan 2004-2010 and the outline of the National Red Tourism Development Plan 2011-2015 on 2011, respectively. Promoting the development of red tourism in Yan'an is of great significance to the economic and social development of Yan'an. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which expounds the background and significance of the research on the development of red tourism, and the literature review of red tourism at home and abroad. The second part starts with the concept, characteristics and significance of red tourism and red tourism resources. The third part analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of red tourism in Yan'an by using the SWOT analysis method. This paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures from the following aspects: perfecting the regulations and systems related to tourism, innovating the propaganda and marketing mechanism of Yanan's red tourism, speeding up the strategic steps of talents' rejuvenation, improving the construction of Yanan's infrastructure, developing Yanan's red tourism brand, and improving the service quality, etc.
