游客感知視角下的大理白族聚居區(qū)旅游商品開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:21世紀以來,我國正從世界旅游資源大國向旅游強國轉變,旅游消費市場不斷升級,旅游經濟也隨之成為了我國市場經濟十分重要的組成部分。旅游經濟是旅游活動商品化的市場經濟,是采用商品形式所形成的游客和旅游經營者之間的需求和供給關系。旅游商品開發(fā)經營是旅游經濟活動中的一個重要內容,是區(qū)域旅游經濟的重要增長點,也是優(yōu)化目的地旅游經濟結構的重要內容。所以,對旅游商品的研究尤其是對某一地區(qū)旅游商品開發(fā)進行針對性的研究,是非常有必要的。 本文應用文獻分析法、案例分析法、問卷調查法和統(tǒng)計分析法等方法,在闡述旅游商品基礎知識和相關理論的基礎上,分析了大理白族聚居區(qū)旅游商品開發(fā)的現狀。然后針對問卷收集和初步統(tǒng)計情況,對問卷進行具體分析,找出了大理白族聚居區(qū)旅游商品發(fā)展面臨的問題:開發(fā)力度薄弱,商品同質化嚴重;旅游商品的性價比不高,購物環(huán)境有待改善;旅游商品宣傳不夠;旅游商品開發(fā)經營從業(yè)人員綜合素質不高;游客感知價值不高,滿意度有待提升。最后,提出了大理白族聚居區(qū)旅游商品開發(fā)的對策建議:突出旅游商品開發(fā)特色與質量;解決旅游商品性價比和購物環(huán)境問題;加快旅游商品開發(fā)經營人才開發(fā)步伐;開發(fā)體驗性旅游商品,提升顧客滿意度和感知價值。論文的創(chuàng)新性在于,基于大理白族聚居區(qū)的特殊地域性與民族性,探討了旅游商品開發(fā)的現狀及策略。本文旨在通過研究,為大理白族聚居區(qū)旅游商品開發(fā)提供針對性的建議,為其他少數民族地區(qū)旅游商品開發(fā)提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, China has been changing from a big country of tourism resources to a powerful country of tourism, and the tourist consumption market has been continuously upgraded. Tourism economy has also become a very important part of China's market economy. Tourism economy is a market economy in which tourism activities are commercialized. The development and management of tourism commodities is an important part of tourism economic activities and an important growth point of regional tourism economy. It is also an important content to optimize the structure of destination tourism economy. Therefore, it is very necessary to study tourism commodities, especially the development of tourism commodities in a certain area. This paper applies the methods of literature analysis, case analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to explain the basic knowledge and related theories of tourism commodities. This paper analyzes the present situation of tourism commodity development in Dali Bai nationality concentrated area. Then, according to the questionnaire collection and preliminary statistics, the paper makes a concrete analysis of the questionnaire, and finds out the problems facing the development of tourism commodity in Dali Bai nationality concentrated area: weak development. The commodity homogenization is serious; the ratio of performance to price of tourism commodity is not high, shopping environment needs to be improved; tourism commodity propaganda is not enough; the comprehensive quality of tourist commodity development and management personnel is not high; the perceived value of tourist is not high, and the satisfaction degree needs to be improved. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of tourism commodity development in Dali Bai nationality concentrated area: highlighting the characteristics and quality of tourism commodity development, solving the problems of commodity price ratio and shopping environment, speeding up the development of tourism commodity management talents; The innovation of this paper is that, based on the special region and nationality of Bai nationality in Dali, the present situation and strategy of tourism commodity development are discussed. It provides some suggestions for the development of tourism commodities in Dali Bai nationality area, and provides some reference for the development of tourism commodities in other minority areas.
