【摘要】：隨著近年來(lái)滑雪運(yùn)動(dòng)在中國(guó)悄然興起，很多地區(qū)快速完成了滑雪場(chǎng)地的建設(shè)，國(guó)內(nèi)滑雪人數(shù)呈跳躍式增長(zhǎng)，冰雪旅游發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出令人振奮的勢(shì)頭。天然的滑雪場(chǎng)已不能滿(mǎn)足國(guó)內(nèi)特別是南方地區(qū)滑雪運(yùn)動(dòng)蓬勃發(fā)展的需求，室內(nèi)滑雪場(chǎng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，其配套設(shè)施各種各樣，一般包括餐廳、酒吧、會(huì)議中心、住宿、水上活動(dòng)等，形成了冰雪旅游的綜合性旅游產(chǎn)品，深受廣大群眾喜愛(ài)。本文在吸收、借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于冰雪旅游及項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究理論方面成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)湖南中奧冰雪旅游項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了深入的分析研究，并在湖南中奧冰雪旅游項(xiàng)目可行性研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)湖南奧悅冰雪旅游有限公司投資開(kāi)發(fā)、運(yùn)營(yíng)的湖南中奧冰雪旅游項(xiàng)目在技術(shù)、財(cái)務(wù)、社會(huì)、兩型四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。主要內(nèi)容如下： 首先，提出了冰雪旅游項(xiàng)目的研究背景與意義，介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外冰雪旅游發(fā)展及項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論的研究發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了冰雪旅游、綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論以及項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)的四大評(píng)價(jià)角度。 其次，對(duì)該類(lèi)項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的選取與構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析，并分別介紹了層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等理論內(nèi)容，再結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況，，研究項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)湖南中奧冰雪旅游項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了可行性研究的分析。 最后，在湖南中奧冰雪旅游項(xiàng)目可行性研究基礎(chǔ)上，采用層次分析法確定項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重，并運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)湖南中奧冰雪旅游項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，進(jìn)一步論證項(xiàng)目的可行性，也從另外一面驗(yàn)證了指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的適用性。
[Abstract]:With the quietly rising of skiing in China in recent years, many regions have completed the construction of ski ground quickly, and the number of skiers in China has increased by leaps and bounds. The development of ice and snow tourism has shown an exciting momentum. Natural ski resorts can no longer meet the booming needs of skiing in China, especially in the southern region. Indoor ski resorts have emerged as the times require, with various supporting facilities, generally including restaurants. Bars, convention centers, accommodation, water sports, etc., have formed a comprehensive tourism product of ice and snow tourism, which is deeply loved by the masses. On the basis of the theoretical research achievements of ice and snow tourism and project comprehensive evaluation at home and abroad, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and study on the index system and evaluation method of the comprehensive evaluation of snow and ice tourism projects in Hunan Province. And on the basis of the feasibility study of Hunan Central-Olympic Ice and Snow Tourism Project, we have invested in the development and operation of Hunan Oyue Ice and Snow Tourism Co., Ltd. in technology, finance and society. The main contents are as follows:. First of all, the research background and significance of ice and snow tourism project are put forward, and the research and development of ice and snow tourism development and project comprehensive evaluation theory at home and abroad are introduced, and on this basis, ice and snow tourism is expounded. Comprehensive evaluation theory and four evaluation angles of project comprehensive evaluation. Secondly, the selection and composition of the comprehensive evaluation index system of this kind of projects are analyzed, and the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced respectively, and then the basic data of the project are studied in combination with the actual situation of the project. The feasibility study of the ice and snow tourism project in Hunan is analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the feasibility study of Hunan middle and Olympic ice and snow tourism project, the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of the project is determined by analytic hierarchy process, and the comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the ice and snow tourism project in Hunan province. Further demonstration of the feasibility of the project, but also from the other side to verify the applicability of the index system.
