文章摘要:鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展影響因子已成為研究的熱點(diǎn),但不同階段、不同角度的研究結(jié)論存在差異。文章站在社區(qū)視角,采用因子分析法、空間分析法,對(duì)杭州市省、市二級(jí)鄉(xiāng)村旅游特色示范村(點(diǎn))進(jìn)行研究,獲得以下結(jié)論:1政府支持仍然是影響鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)因子,但是要求政府支持的內(nèi)容發(fā)生了顯著變化,政府必須加快職能轉(zhuǎn)變,提高旅游行政公共服務(wù)能力;2社區(qū)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理日益重要,鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展已進(jìn)入社區(qū)整體經(jīng)營(yíng)與形象塑造階段,政府可通過品牌培育來提升鄉(xiāng)村旅游知名度;3區(qū)位環(huán)境影響更加多樣復(fù)雜,要充分認(rèn)識(shí)不同類型鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的客觀特征,提供差異化引導(dǎo)與針對(duì)性政策;4資源特色始終是發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),必須尊重和保護(hù)好獨(dú)特的鄉(xiāng)土文化,維護(hù)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的吸引力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;5消費(fèi)特征影響不可或缺,鄉(xiāng)村旅游是一種更具生活特質(zhì)的交流平臺(tái),經(jīng)營(yíng)者可以從消費(fèi)者那里獲得所需要的信息,在鄉(xiāng)村旅游大眾化的背景下找準(zhǔn)適合自身企業(yè)的小眾化目標(biāo)人群,培育忠誠(chéng)客戶。
Abstr:Influential factors of rural tourism has been the research focus. Yet, research results approached from different stages and perspectives vary. This paper researches samples of province-level and city-level characteristic model village and spots in Hangzhou from the perspective of community to study influential factors of rural tourism development.Through statistic analysis and spatial analysis tool, we find that:1) Though government support is still the dominant force,the ways to support rural tourism have changed. Thus, the government should constantly transform its functions to improve the ability to provide tourism public service of administration. 2)The importance of community management is increasingly outstanding and the rural tourism development has entered a stage of overall community operation and image-building. Hence, the government should establish the fame of rural tourism through breeding rural tourism brands.3)Location and environment factors are getting more complex and diverse, which requires the government to thoroughly understand the objective characteristics of various types of rural tourism in order to provide differentiated guidance and policy. 4) Resource characteristic is the constant foundation of development. People should respect and protect unique rural culture to sustain uniqueness and competitiveness of rural tourism. 5)The consumption pattern is indispensable, so in the case of rural tourism, which is a type of daily-life-characterized communication platform, enterprises are able to get more information from customers, so that they can fully analyze consumers' demand, find their niche of target populations, and cultivate loyal customers.
