【摘要】：冰雪旅游業(yè)在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的地位越來(lái)越重要,對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)影響日漸明顯,成為眾多區(qū)域的發(fā)展目標(biāo)之一。中國(guó)的冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)良好,但在發(fā)展中還存在若干問(wèn)題,因此對(duì)冰雪旅游業(yè)進(jìn)行深入研究,無(wú)論從冰雪旅游業(yè)自身發(fā)展和現(xiàn)實(shí)需求出發(fā),或是從區(qū)域穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)考慮,都顯得十分迫切和必要。本文采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)方法、系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真方法,運(yùn)用Vensim PLE軟件對(duì)冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)冰雪旅游業(yè)的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)功能與特性,選取了資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和環(huán)境4個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的22個(gè)指標(biāo),創(chuàng)新性的構(gòu)建了冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)模型,并對(duì)哈爾濱冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行選擇并提出相關(guān)建議。研究結(jié)果表明：(1)提出了四種冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式。國(guó)外冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展比較完善,國(guó)內(nèi)冰雪旅游業(yè)尚處于發(fā)展階段,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式的分析及總結(jié),提出了資源驅(qū)動(dòng)型、經(jīng)濟(jì)高效型、文化兼顧型、環(huán)境保護(hù)型四種冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式。(2)確定了冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)及動(dòng)力因素。以冰雪旅游業(yè)4種發(fā)展模式為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建冰雪旅游業(yè)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,指出動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)包括資源子系統(tǒng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)子系統(tǒng)、文化子系統(tǒng)和環(huán)境子系統(tǒng)。(3)構(gòu)建了冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式的選擇模型。運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的原理與方法,分析冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的因果反饋結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)建24條反饋回路及4個(gè)動(dòng)力子系統(tǒng)因果關(guān)系圖。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)變量及指標(biāo)確定,構(gòu)建冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式選擇模型,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)模型的函數(shù)關(guān)系式及真實(shí)性檢驗(yàn),對(duì)冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行選擇。(4)選擇了哈爾濱冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式。根據(jù)哈爾濱冰雪旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析冰雪旅游業(yè)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)性,構(gòu)建72個(gè)函數(shù)關(guān)系式并進(jìn)行真實(shí)性檢驗(yàn),對(duì)哈爾濱冰雪旅游業(yè)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行選擇,測(cè)度出文化兼顧型模式為哈爾濱冰雪旅游業(yè)的理想模式,其模式選擇結(jié)果符合哈爾濱冰雪旅游業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況。最后提出合理利用資源,突出地域特色；深化冰雪旅游文化,樹(shù)立旅游品牌；加大環(huán)境保護(hù)力度,宣傳冰雪旅游新理念等措施。
[Abstract]:Ice and snow tourism is playing a more and more important role in the social and economic development, and its impact on regional economy is becoming more and more obvious, which has become one of the development goals of many regions. China's ice and snow tourism has a good development trend. However, there are still a number of problems in the development of ice and snow tourism, so the in-depth study of snow and ice tourism, whether from the development of snow and ice tourism itself and the actual needs, or from the regional stable development and economic growth considerations. Grey correlation method and system dynamics simulation method are used in this paper. The development model of ice and snow tourism is studied by using Vensim PLE software. Through the function and characteristic of the dynamic system of ice and snow tourism, the resources and economy are selected. The 22 indexes of the four subsystems of culture and environment are innovatively constructed to build the dynamic system model of ice and snow tourism development. The research results show that there are four kinds of ice and snow tourism development models. The development of ice and snow tourism abroad is relatively perfect. The ice and snow tourism in China is still in the developing stage. Through the analysis and summary of the development mode of ice and snow tourism at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the resource-driven, economic and efficient, cultural balanced. The four kinds of ice and snow tourism development models of environmental protection type. 2) the dynamic system and dynamic factors of ice and snow tourism development are determined, which is based on the four ice and snow tourism development models. The structure model of ice and snow tourism power system is constructed, and it is pointed out that the power system includes resource subsystem and economic subsystem. Based on the theory and method of system dynamics, this paper analyzes the causal feedback structure of ice and snow tourism development system. 24 feedback loops and 4 power subsystem causality diagrams were constructed. Through the determination of system variables and indicators, the model of ice and snow tourism development mode selection was constructed, and the functional relationship of the system model and the authenticity of the system model were tested. The development model of ice and snow tourism in Harbin is chosen. According to the present situation of ice and snow tourism in Harbin, the relationship between ice and snow tourism power system is analyzed. To construct 72 functional relationships and verify the authenticity of Harbin ice and snow tourism development model selection, and measure that the cultural model of ice and snow tourism is the ideal model of Harbin ice and snow tourism. The results of model selection are in line with the actual situation of ice and snow tourism in Harbin. Finally, the rational utilization of resources and regional characteristics are put forward. Deepening ice and snow tourism culture and establishing tourism brand; Increase environmental protection, promote ice and snow tourism new ideas and other measures.
