【摘要】：旅游創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)評價(jià)是旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究的重要命題之一。運(yùn)用德爾菲法、問卷調(diào)查法、量圖分析法、雷達(dá)圖分析法等方法來構(gòu)建旅游創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對西部邊疆五省區(qū)旅游創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測度即發(fā)現(xiàn):西藏旅游創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)建設(shè)落后,在多數(shù)指標(biāo)上表現(xiàn)較差,并于其他省區(qū)相差較遠(yuǎn);其他省區(qū)旅游創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)建設(shè)水平一般,其中云南在旅游創(chuàng)新主體、旅游創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出、導(dǎo)向機(jī)制、學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制、動(dòng)力機(jī)制方面表現(xiàn)最好,廣西在旅游創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、旅游創(chuàng)新資源方面表現(xiàn)最好,內(nèi)蒙古與新疆則相對較薄弱,最后提出了相應(yīng)的建設(shè)策略。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of tourism innovation system is one of the important propositions in the study of tourism sustainable development. The evaluation index system of tourism innovation system is constructed by Delphi method, questionnaire method, quantitative chart analysis method, radar map analysis method and so on. The paper measures the tourism innovation system of five provinces and regions in the western frontier, and finds that the construction of tourism innovation system in Tibet is backward, the performance of most indexes is poor, and the difference is far from that of other provinces and regions; The level of tourism innovation system construction in other provinces is general, in which Yunnan is the best in tourism innovation main body, tourism innovation output, guiding mechanism, learning mechanism, dynamic mechanism, Guangxi in tourism innovation environment. The tourism innovation resources are the best, while Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang are relatively weak. Finally, the corresponding construction strategies are put forward.
