【摘要】：幸福感作為一個熱門話題,從最初的思想討論層面,逐漸向制度層面過渡,成為政府可操作性的評價指標(biāo)。提升國民的幸福感是我國政府新的發(fā)展理念,它不僅是一個民生建設(shè)和政策的問題,也涉及到文化、心理、法制、旅游等各個方面。政府對幸福感的高度重視,也引起了旅游學(xué)者對幸福感的研究。就現(xiàn)有的研究來看,關(guān)于旅游中幸福感的研究主要是針對游客的,比如由黃金周的井噴現(xiàn)象造成游客幸福指數(shù)的下降等,關(guān)注旅游社區(qū)居民幸福感的研究很少。鑒于此,本文以四川桃坪羌寨女性為調(diào)查對象,分析西部民族旅游社區(qū)女性的幸福感表現(xiàn)和人群差異,重點(diǎn)探討旅游參與狀況對女性幸福感的影響,為相關(guān)理論探索提供案例數(shù)據(jù),為當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)旅游的健康發(fā)展提供參考。 本文以四川阿壩州桃坪羌寨為例,對女性旅游參與狀況以及幸福感進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。在研究方法上,綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等,并在利用Excel、SPSS、AMOS等軟件的基礎(chǔ)上,定量分析了幸福感和旅游參與的各項(xiàng)測量指標(biāo),劃分不同幸福感人群,歸納人群特征；另外探索心理幸福感和旅游參與的關(guān)系。本文的主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)論包括以下幾個方面： (1)對桃坪羌寨女性主觀幸福感人群差異進(jìn)行分析。通過對桃坪女性主觀幸福感的聚類分析,依據(jù)女性幸福感得分,可以歸納為消極型、矛盾型、積極型女性三類群體,且這三類女性在學(xué)歷、家庭收入和旅游參與時間上都顯現(xiàn)出明顯的差異�？傮w上看,學(xué)歷越高,主觀幸福感越高。在參與時間和家庭收入上,呈現(xiàn)波動變化,不是單純隨著參與時間越長,收入增高,主觀幸福感變高,而是存在著U型變化趨勢。 (2)對桃坪羌寨女性心理幸福感人群差異的分析。從心理幸福感角度對心理幸福感6個維度進(jìn)行聚類分析,將社區(qū)女性分為從屬型、進(jìn)取型、均衡型和消沉型四類群體,四類群體在旅游參與程度上表現(xiàn)出了顯著差別。結(jié)果表明,旅游參與對民族社區(qū)女性心理幸福感的提升有積極作用,但存在一種“適度參與”的特征,即適度的旅游參與可使女性心理幸福感維持較高水平。 (3)在對桃坪女性旅游參與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用SPSS和AMOS軟件進(jìn)行心理幸福感量表的探索,并通過結(jié)構(gòu)模型,從旅游參與的角度對桃坪女性心理幸福感的影響進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,旅游參與對女性自我效能感有顯著影響,對人際關(guān)系和個人成長沒有顯著影響。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處： (1)本文在幸福感分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對案例地采用了多種研究方法。利用聚類分析和交叉列聯(lián)表,歸納不同幸福感人群,注重不同人群在人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)和旅游參與方面的差異特征,較之傳統(tǒng)幸福感的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)研究更為深入。除此之外,運(yùn)用AMOS軟件,從旅游參與視角對心理幸福感的影響進(jìn)行分析,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深入挖掘。 (2)本文有機(jī)結(jié)合了旅游參與和幸福感兩個層面,將心理學(xué)和旅游學(xué)綜合,從桃坪女性的視角對桃坪羌寨幸福感問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,對于今后幸福感和旅游參與的研究做出了一定貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Happiness is a hot topic of discussion, from the perspective of the original idea, gradually to the level of system transition, the government may become the evaluation index of the operation. To enhance the national well-being is our government's new development concept, it is not only a people's livelihood construction and policy issues, is also related to the cultural, psychological, legal system tourism, and other aspects. Government attaches great importance to the well-being, also caused the research on happiness tourism scholars. Existing research, research on happiness in tourism is mainly for tourists, such as a blowout phenomenon caused by the golden week tourists happiness index decline, there have been few studies on the tourism community the residents of happiness. In view of this, this paper takes Sichuan taopingqiangzhai women as the research object, analysis of the western ethnic tourism community women's well-being and performance differences, focusing on the status of women to participate in Tourism The influence of the sense of happiness, provide case data for the related theory, and provide reference for the healthy development of local community tourism.
This paper takes Sichuan ABA taopingqiangzhai as an example, the female tourist participation and well-being for empirical research. In the research method, the integrated use of literature analysis, questionnaire survey method, interview method, and SPSS in the use of Excel, AMOS and other software, based on the quantitative analysis of the measure happiness and tourism participation, division of people of different well-being, summarized characteristics of population; in addition to explore the relationship between psychological well-being and tourism participation. The main contents and conclusions of this paper include the following aspects:
(1) the taopingqiangzhai women's subjective well-being differences were analyzed. Through the analysis of the clustering of Taoping women's subjective well-being, according to scores of female happiness, can be summed up as the contradiction of negative type, type, type of positive women in three groups, and the three types of women in education, family income and tourism in time all show obvious differences. In general, the higher the degree of subjective well-being is higher. In time and family income, fluctuated, not only with the participation of more time, income increased, subjective well-being is high, but there is a U type of trend.
(2) analysis of Taoping Qiang village women a sense of psychological well-being differences. From the perspective of psychological well-being and psychological well-being of 6 dimensions of cluster analysis will be divided into community female subordinate, aggressive, balanced and depression in four groups, four groups in the degree of participation in tourism show significant difference. The results show that tourism participation has a positive effect on psychological well-being of ethnic women to enhance the sense of community, but there is a "moderate participation" characteristics, namely the moderate tourism participation will enable women to maintain a high level of psychological well-being.
(3) based on Tao Ping women participation in tourism on the analysis of the present situation, to explore the psychological well-being scale by using SPSS and AMOS software, and the structure of the model, analyzes the influence of Taoping female psychological well-being from the perspective of tourism participation. The results show that tourism participation of female self efficacy feeling have significant effect, has no significant effect on interpersonal relationship and personal growth.
The innovation of this article:
(1) based on the sense of happiness on the analysis of the case of using a variety of methods. By using cluster analysis and crosstab, sums up different happiness people, focus on different groups in demographic and tourism participation difference characteristic, statistical descriptive study compared with the traditional sense of happiness except more in-depth. In addition, the use of AMOS software, from the perspective of tourism participation to analyze the influence of psychological well-being, in-depth data mining.
(2) combining the two levels of tourism participation and happiness, this paper systematically studies the problem of happiness in Tao Ping Qiang village from the perspective of Tao Ping women, integrating psychology and tourism, and contributes to the research of happiness and tourism participation in the future.
