【摘要】：人力資源是企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要資源。企業(yè)競爭的關(guān)鍵決定因素就是人才。企業(yè)中人力資源投資的重要形式之一即為員工培訓(xùn)。龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)人力資源部下屬培訓(xùn)中心是承擔(dān)龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)有限公司員工培訓(xùn)的職能部門,承擔(dān)著全集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)的重任。目前,龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)的員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目仍存在許多問題。集團(tuán)培訓(xùn)中心通過對員工培訓(xùn)活動的具體分析,引入了項(xiàng)目管理的概念,將員工培訓(xùn)活動視為一個個具體獨(dú)立的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,并對員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了分析研究。本文試圖通過研究,找到一套較完整的龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方案。一方面能夠有效指導(dǎo)龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)在開展員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),另一方面,也能給國內(nèi)其它類似企業(yè)在開展員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目時對培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供一定的參考。 本文在認(rèn)真查閱了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)員工培訓(xùn)方面的研究文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容及思路；對龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了深入研究,對員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目中存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了分析,識別出了龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目存在的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并使用主觀評價法與專家相對評分法兩種方法對員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評估。針對龍城旅游控股集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況提出了：轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)員工培訓(xùn)觀念、建立健全員工培訓(xùn)體系、完善培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目制度保障、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目組織實(shí)施、優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的投資結(jié)構(gòu)以及構(gòu)建員工培訓(xùn)后人才流失的約束機(jī)制等六項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,從而指導(dǎo)集團(tuán)培訓(xùn)中心對有效規(guī)避和防范員工培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Human resource is an important resource for enterprise development. The key determinant of enterprise competition is talent. One of the important forms of human resource investment in an enterprise is employee training. The training center is responsible for the training of staff of Longcheng Tourism holding Group Co., Ltd. At present, there are still many problems in the staff training project of Longcheng Tourism holding Group. The group training center through the specific analysis of staff training activities. This paper introduces the concept of project management, regards employee training activities as concrete and independent training projects, and analyzes the risks in employee training projects. To find a complete set of Longcheng Tourism holding Group employee training project risk control program. On the one hand, can effectively guide Longcheng Tourism holding Group in the development of employee training project risk reduction, on the other hand. It can also provide some reference for the risk management of the training project in other similar enterprises in China. On the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign research literature on staff training, this paper puts forward the research contents and ideas of this paper. The staff training project of Longcheng Tourism holding Group has been deeply studied, the main problems in the staff training project have been analyzed, and the main risks of the staff training project in Longcheng Tourism holding Group have been identified. And the subjective evaluation method and the expert relative rating method are used to evaluate the risk of employee training project. In view of the actual situation of the staff training project in Longcheng Tourism holding Group, the paper puts forward: changing the traditional concept of staff training. Establish and perfect the staff training system, perfect the training project system guarantee, strengthen the project organization implementation, optimize the investment structure of the training project, and construct the staff training after the brain drain of the constraint mechanism, such as six risk control measures. In order to guide the group training center to effectively avoid and prevent employee training project risk.
