【摘要】：近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和物質(zhì)生活水平的不斷提高，傳統(tǒng)的休閑觀光式旅游已經(jīng)不能完全滿足人們的消費需求，而注重參與、融合農(nóng)業(yè)休閑與獲得相關(guān)科學(xué)知識的農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游逐漸深受青少年和廣大社會人士的喜愛。農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游不僅能促進當?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展，從而帶來較高的經(jīng)濟效益，還能夠因普及農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)知識，傳播科學(xué)思想和科學(xué)精神，提高旅游者的科學(xué)文化素養(yǎng)而獲得良好的社會效益，因此逐步受到關(guān)注。2004年以來，全國范圍內(nèi)相繼建立了一大批農(nóng)業(yè)旅游示范點和農(nóng)業(yè)科普示范基地并出臺了一系列科普政策文件，為開展農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游活動提供了較好的資源基礎(chǔ)和政策支持。 河南省作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省，具有悠久的農(nóng)業(yè)歷史、多彩的民俗文化以及豐富的農(nóng)業(yè)資源，通過挖掘資源的旅游價值和科普價值，大力發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游，可以充分發(fā)揮河南農(nóng)業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢，調(diào)整農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，改善生態(tài)環(huán)境，普及農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)知識，提高旅游者科學(xué)文化素養(yǎng)，同時豐富河南省旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條，為河南旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本研究首先闡述河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源評價的研究背景、研究意義，在理清研究思路和研究內(nèi)容、確定研究方法和技術(shù)路線之后，通過梳理國內(nèi)外關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)旅游、科普旅游、旅游資源評價以及河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游的研究成果，了解相關(guān)研究進展。第三章界定了農(nóng)業(yè)旅游、科普旅游、農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源相關(guān)概念并闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論、農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)位論、終身學(xué)習(xí)理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、體驗經(jīng)濟理論等農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游相關(guān)理論。第四章和第五章是研究的核心部分。以河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源為研究對象，第四章在分析河南省及其農(nóng)業(yè)資源概況的基礎(chǔ)上，將河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源劃分為田園型、民俗型、產(chǎn)業(yè)型、展示型、研究型、園區(qū)型、創(chuàng)意型七個主要類型，，運用“三三六”原則進行定性分析，然后通過專家咨詢、文獻梳理的方式構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源評價指標體系，選擇櫻桃溝景區(qū)、鄭州黃河風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)、欒川農(nóng)家樂、新鄉(xiāng)郭亮村、鄢陵花卉生產(chǎn)基地、鄭州市動物園、中原農(nóng)業(yè)博物館、河南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、河南農(nóng)業(yè)高新科技園、開封菊展等10個有代表性的旅游景區(qū)或資源點，運用層次分析和模糊綜合評判法以及相關(guān)統(tǒng)計軟件進行定量評價。從模糊評價結(jié)果看：除欒川農(nóng)家樂的綜合評價結(jié)果是“一般”以外，其余綜合評價都在“較好”以上；單項評價中，各旅游景區(qū)或資源點的旅游資源條件和旅游開發(fā)條件大都處于“一般”、“較好”等級。從要素層的各評分值可以看到不同類型的農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源存在資源本身和開發(fā)條件上的差異。第五章首先對河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進行分析，指出不同類型農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源開發(fā)過程存在的問題，并提出要加快田園型、民俗型、創(chuàng)意型農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源開發(fā)，加強園區(qū)型、產(chǎn)業(yè)型農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源開發(fā)，提升研究型、展示型農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游資源開發(fā)，重視發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游、加強政府引導(dǎo)，完善解說系統(tǒng)、打造河南農(nóng)業(yè)科普旅游品牌。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of the living standard, leisure tourism traditional can not fully satisfy the people's consumption demand, and focus on the participation, integration of agricultural leisure and obtain scientific knowledge of agricultural science tourism gradually by the young people and the community alike. Agricultural science can not only promote the development of local tourism agriculture and tourism, so as to bring higher economic benefits, but also for the popularization of agricultural science knowledge, spread scientific thought and scientific spirit, improve the tourist scientific literacy and obtain good social benefits, has therefore been paid attention gradually for.2004 years, nationwide have established a large number of agricultural tourism demonstration sites and agricultural demonstration base of popular science and science issued a series of policy documents, provides a good foundation for the development of resources and agricultural science tourism activities Policy support.
As a major agricultural province of Henan Province, has a long history of agriculture, colorful folk culture and abundant agricultural resources, the tourism value of mining resources and the value of science, to develop agricultural science tourism, can give full play to the advantages of Henan agricultural resources, the adjustment of rural industry structure, improve the ecological environment, improve the popularization of agricultural science knowledge, science culture tourist, and enrich the tourism product structure of Henan, to extend the industrial chain, Henan tourism industry healthy and sustainable development of the foundation.
This paper first describes the research background, the evaluation of agricultural science tourism resources in Henan Province in clarifying the research significance, research ideas and research content, determine the research methods and technical route, through combing the domestic and international agricultural tourism, tourism, tourism resources evaluation and agricultural science tourism in Henan province research, understand the relevant research progress in third. The definition of agricultural tourism, tourism, tourism resources and related concepts of agricultural science of industrial convergence theory, agricultural location theory, lifelong learning theory, sustainable development theory, experience economic theory and other related theories of agricultural science tourism. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the core part of the study. The agricultural science tourism resources in Henan Province as the research object the fourth chapter, based on analysis of agricultural resources in Henan province and its general situation, division of agricultural science tourism resources in Henan province for rural people type. Custom type, industry type, display, research park, seven main types of creative type, using the "336" principle of qualitative analysis, and then through the expert consultation, literature review method to build the evaluation index system of agricultural science tourism resources, Cherry Valley scenic area, Zhengzhou the Yellow River scenic area, Luanchuan farmhouse, Guo Xinxiang village, Yanling flower production base, Zhengzhou city zoo, the Central Plains Agricultural Museum, Henan Agricultural University, Henan agricultural high tech park, Kaifeng Juzhan 10 a scenic resources or representative, quantitative evaluation by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and related statistical software. From the evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in Luanchuan: the farmhouse is the result of "general", the comprehensive evaluation in the "good"; the individual evaluation, the tourism resources and tourism resources. Terms and conditions of tourism development is still in the "general", "good" level. You can see differences in the resource itself and the developing conditions of different types of tourism resources in agricultural science from the score of the element layer value. The fifth chapter first carries on the analysis to the Henan Province Agricultural Science Tourism development present situation, pointed out the existence of different types of agricultural science tourism development the process of resource problems, and proposed to speed up the rural folk type, type, development of creative agricultural science tourism resources, strengthen the park type, industrial development, agricultural science tourism resources to enhance the research and display of agricultural science tourism resources development, attaches great importance to the development of agricultural science tourism, strengthen government guidance, improve the interpretation system, build Henan agricultural science tourism brand.
