【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為旅游業(yè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,特指在鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)開(kāi)展的,以特有的鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境、鄉(xiāng)村民俗文化、鄉(xiāng)村田園風(fēng)光、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)及其自然環(huán)境為基礎(chǔ)的旅游活動(dòng)。因其產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度高,輻射帶動(dòng)性強(qiáng),近年來(lái),在各地得到了較快發(fā)展。 本研究以霞浦縣一貝村為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)其資源條件的調(diào)查,首先,分析了一貝村鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)與條件,認(rèn)為：存量好,特色較突出,加之未受工業(yè)污染和人為開(kāi)發(fā)的破壞,具有較好的開(kāi)發(fā)基礎(chǔ)；其次,總結(jié)了一貝村鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為：總體開(kāi)發(fā)水平較低,較粗放,尚難推進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收緩慢、農(nóng)業(yè)增效困難、農(nóng)村發(fā)展滯后問(wèn)題的解決；最后,探討了一貝村鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的對(duì)策,認(rèn)為：只有將城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)以及政府行政管理改革等先進(jìn)的社會(huì)管理學(xué)理念引入鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)該行業(yè)真正的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism as an important part of tourism, especially in rural areas, with unique rural human environment, rural folk culture, rural pastoral scenery. The tourism activity based on agricultural production and its natural environment has been developed rapidly in recent years because of its high degree of industrial association and strong radiative zone. This study takes Yibei Village of Xiapu County as the research object, through the investigation of its resource condition, first, analyzes the foundation and condition of the rural tourism development of Yibei Village, and thinks that: the stock is good, the characteristic is more outstanding. In addition, it is not damaged by industrial pollution and artificial development, so it has a good foundation for development. Secondly, the paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Yibei Village, and holds that: the overall development level is relatively low and extensive, it is still difficult to promote the slow increase of farmers' income, the difficulty of increasing agricultural efficiency, and the problem of lagging behind the development of rural areas; Finally, the paper discusses the countermeasures of the development of rural tourism in Yibei village, and holds that only urbanization can be constructed. In order to realize the real sustainable development of the rural tourism industry, such advanced social management concepts as ecological environment protection and the reform of government administration can be introduced into the development strategy of the rural tourism industry.
