【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、人們物質(zhì)生活水平的日益提高和對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品多樣化需求的顯著增加,海島憑借其獨(dú)特的自然生態(tài)資源和豐富的人文資源而備受大眾旅游者青睞,海島旅游發(fā)展成為了一種獨(dú)具魅力的旅游產(chǎn)品。東澳島位于珠海東南部,是珠海海島旅游的經(jīng)典島嶼。Z海島投資有限公司以投資開(kāi)發(fā)海島旅游項(xiàng)目為主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù),當(dāng)前公司主要的海島投資開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目是東澳島旅游項(xiàng)目。由于受海島旅游開(kāi)發(fā)資金、區(qū)位、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、項(xiàng)目品牌等因素影響,Z公司東澳島旅游項(xiàng)目面臨多方面的困難與壓力。本文以Z公司作為案例進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論、企業(yè)環(huán)境分析工具和管理學(xué)方面的知識(shí)來(lái)分析研究Z公司東澳島旅游項(xiàng)目發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文的主體結(jié)構(gòu)共分為六個(gè)章節(jié),第一章是緒論,主要介紹研究的背景、目的與意義,研究的方法與技術(shù)路線,研究的主要內(nèi)容和文章的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章是旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略文獻(xiàn)綜述與評(píng)論。第三章是Z公司案例描述,介紹了Z公司的基本概況,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題。第四章是Z公司案例分析,運(yùn)用PEST、波特五力模型對(duì)Z公司存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。第五章是在對(duì)Z公司存在問(wèn)題分析的基礎(chǔ)上,制定Z公司東澳島旅游項(xiàng)目發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實(shí)施保障措施。第六章是論文的結(jié)論與展望。本文的結(jié)論是:Z公司在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇上應(yīng)當(dāng)采取差異化、多元化和品牌化相結(jié)合的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,從而保證在海島旅游項(xiàng)目的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),贏取更大的海島旅游市場(chǎng)空間,推動(dòng)公司持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
