【摘要】：針對擇優(yōu)或罰劣的評價問題,對密度算子進行拓展,提出了帶有獎懲作用的密度集結算子。該算子在給定獎懲等級的基礎上,按照密度算子的思想對評價信息進行集結。首先,按照實際需要確定獎懲等級,并分別從獎勵和懲罰兩個方面給出了等級權重的確定方法;在此基礎上,依據指標的發(fā)展情況給出了指標權重的獲取方法;然后,對密度加權向量進行了界定,據此得到最終帶有獎懲作用的評價結果。最后,通過一個算例對帶有獎懲作用密度算子的應用進行了說明。該方法尤其適用于員工的激勵或懲罰、優(yōu)秀人才的甄選問題等。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the density operator is extended and the density aggregation operator with rewards and punishments is proposed. On the basis of given rewards and punishments, the operator aggregates the evaluation information according to the idea of density operator. First of all, according to the actual needs to determine the level of rewards and punishments, and respectively from two aspects of reward and punishment to determine the weight of the method, on this basis, according to the development of indicators to give the method of obtaining the weight of indicators; Then, the density weighted vector is defined and the final evaluation results with rewards and punishments are obtained. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the density operator with rewards and punishments. This method is especially suitable for employee incentive or punishment, selection of outstanding personnel and so on.
