基于社會網絡視角的依戀方式與領導成長關系研究

【摘要】:從社會網絡視角剖析了依戀方式影響領導成長的機制,研究提出,依戀方式通過探索行為和社交技能分別運作于領導的正式和非正式社會網絡,繼而通過資源獲取和經驗學習對領導成長起決定性作用。相對于逃避型和焦慮型,安全型依戀方式對社會網絡中的信任和多樣性水平以及領導成長較為有利。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of attachment style on leadership growth from the perspective of social network. The study suggests that attachment mode operates in the formal and informal social networks of leaders through exploring behavior and social skills, respectively. Then, through the acquisition of resources and experience learning, leadership growth plays a decisive role. Compared with avoidance and anxiety, secure attachment is beneficial to the level of trust, diversity and leadership growth in social networks.
