【摘要】：正2016年至2017年是全國各級領(lǐng)導機關(guān)集中換屆之年,一大批干部或提拔或調(diào)動到新的崗位工作,面對陌生的環(huán)境、陌生的領(lǐng)域以及陌生的人際關(guān)系,履新領(lǐng)導需要處理好方方面面的關(guān)系,掃清一些障礙,摸清一些情況,調(diào)整好自己或喜悅或失落的心態(tài),才能順利地開局,在新崗位上做出成績。俗話說:好的開始是成功的一半。面對新的職位,領(lǐng)導干部如何開好局,顯得至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:From 2016 to 2017, a large number of cadres have been promoted or transferred to new posts, faced with unfamiliar environments, unfamiliar fields, and unfamiliar interpersonal relationships. New leaders need to deal with all aspects of the relationship, clear some obstacles, find out some circumstances, adjust their own or joy or lost mentality, in order to make a smooth start in the new post to make achievements. As the saying goes, a good start is half of success. In the face of new positions, how leading cadres to open a good bureau, it is very important.
