【摘要】：正"面從"即對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)言聽計從,不說出自己的想法,或者說出的想法也只是迎合領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意圖,而不是主動從多方面或反對方面衡量利弊提出建設(shè)性的意見和想法。"誡面從"就是警惕、戒除"面從"。這是建安十一年(公元206年)曹操發(fā)出的《求言令》中表達的主要意思。
[Abstract]:"face to face" is to listen to what the leader says, not to say what he thinks, or to say what he or she wants, not to take the initiative to weigh the pros and cons in many ways or to put forward constructive ideas.
