【摘要】：正無論是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部還是普通公務(wù)人員,甚至我們每一個有工作的同志,同級關(guān)系都是面對最多、最直接、最頻繁的人際關(guān)系。同級關(guān)系處理得好,相互就會成為工作中的幫手、事業(yè)上的伙伴、生活里的兄弟,對單位和個人是福;處理不好,同事、同行就可能變成競爭中的對手、前進(jìn)道路上的冤家、單位之外的路人,于人于己都是禍害。顯然,同級關(guān)系中最值得重視的是因為競爭以及相互間的防范、積怨、爭斗等引發(fā)的排斥性問題。誘發(fā)同級之間相互排斥的因素比較多,有事務(wù)看法上的"話不投機(jī)半句多",有工作思路上的"南轅北轍",有權(quán)力利益上的"爭強(qiáng)好勝",
[Abstract]:Both leading cadres and ordinary civil servants, and even each of our comrades who have jobs, are faced with the most direct, and frequent interpersonal relationships at the same level. If the peer relationship is handled well, each will become a helper at work, a partner in a career, a brother in life, and a blessing for the unit and the individual; If you don't handle it well, your colleague may become a rival, the enemy on the way forward, the passer-by outside the unit, will be a disaster to others and yourself. Obviously, the most important issue in the peer relationship is the exclusiveness caused by competition and mutual prevention, resentment, struggle and so on. There are many factors that induce mutual exclusion between the same level, such as "talking less and half a sentence" in terms of views on affairs, "diametrically opposed" in working ideas, and "competing for competition" in terms of power and interests.
