【摘要】：正所謂嫌疑,是指被懷疑和猜忌為具有某種不良動機和侵害行為的可能性。嫌疑往往是權位、名利、利害、情態(tài)的伴生物。領導干部有權有位、有名有利,言行舉止、親疏好惡都與他人利害攸關,樹欲靜而風不止,最易產生嫌疑。嫌疑會導致信任降低甚至喪失,造成感情疏遠和心理隔閡,誘發(fā)怨恨和敵對情緒,招致背叛和傷害行為,瓦解伙伴與合作關系,削弱團體凝聚力、執(zhí)行力與競爭力。一、嫌疑的表現(xiàn)形式嫌疑可謂形形色色、光怪陸離、言不勝言。如果從上下級之間、同級之間的維度分析,嫌疑主要有以下幾種表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Suspicion refers to the possibility of suspicion and suspicion as having some kind of bad motive and infringing behavior. Suspicion is often power, fame, interest, modality companion.
