領導嫌疑及形成機制解析

【摘要】:正所謂嫌疑,是指被懷疑和猜忌為具有某種不良動機和侵害行為的可能性。嫌疑往往是權位、名利、利害、情態(tài)的伴生物。領導干部有權有位、有名有利,言行舉止、親疏好惡都與他人利害攸關,樹欲靜而風不止,最易產生嫌疑。嫌疑會導致信任降低甚至喪失,造成感情疏遠和心理隔閡,誘發(fā)怨恨和敵對情緒,招致背叛和傷害行為,瓦解伙伴與合作關系,削弱團體凝聚力、執(zhí)行力與競爭力。一、嫌疑的表現(xiàn)形式嫌疑可謂形形色色、光怪陸離、言不勝言。如果從上下級之間、同級之間的維度分析,嫌疑主要有以下幾種表現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Suspicion refers to the possibility of suspicion and suspicion as having some kind of bad motive and infringing behavior. Suspicion is often power, fame, interest, modality companion. Leading cadres have the right to have a position, famous and profitable, words and deeds, pro-and estrangement are all related to other people's interests, tree desire quiet and wind, the most prone to suspicion. Suspicion will lead to the decline or even loss of trust, resulting in emotional alienation and psychological estrangement, arousing resentment and hostility, betraying and hurting behavior, breaking down the relationship between partners and cooperation, weakening group cohesion, execution and competitiveness. First, the manifestations of suspicion can be described as a variety of, strange, speech invincible. If we analyze the dimension between the upper and lower levels and the same level, there are several main manifestations of suspicion.
