【摘要】：正鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工作紛繁復雜,包羅萬象,費時耗力,一些領導干部常常因此而忙得焦頭爛額,精力不濟。其實,做好鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)工作,不僅需要較高的素質修養(yǎng)和忘我的工作精神,還應具有較高的時間管理藝術。筆者認為,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領導干部要學會合理運用時間,提高工作效率。善于"開源",用足時間現實工作中,不少鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領導干部盡管工作忙忙碌碌,看似分秒必爭,但工作效率卻不高,到頭來該做的事沒做好,該完成的工作沒完成,究其原因,就在于沒有利用好時間。事實上,無論工作多忙,日程排得多滿,只要分清輕重緩急,制定優(yōu)先順序,合理安排時間,在有限的
