【摘要】：正"常人政治"時(shí)代的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者就執(zhí)政方式而言也是"常人議政",即普通公眾按照一定的民主程序參政議政,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)公共權(quán)力的制約。一方面,它打破了"偉人政治"、"強(qiáng)人政治"對(duì)個(gè)人權(quán)威的崇拜,順應(yīng)了現(xiàn)代民主政治的要求;另一方面,"常人政治"時(shí)代的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)威較"偉人政治"時(shí)代會(huì)有一定的弱化,從而影響了其對(duì)公眾的吸引力和號(hào)召力。一些地方黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部和強(qiáng)勢(shì)部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),對(duì)這一歷史性的轉(zhuǎn)變還缺少認(rèn)識(shí)和自覺,仍然迷戀
[Abstract]:The leaders of the times of "ordinary people politics" are also "ordinary people discussing politics", that is, the ordinary public participate in politics according to a certain democratic procedure, and realize the restriction of public power. On the one hand, it breaks the "great man politics", "strong man politics" to the personal authority worship, has complied with the modern democratic politics request; On the other hand, the leading authority in the age of "ordinary man politics" will be weakened compared with the era of "great man politics", thus affecting its appeal and appeal to the public. Some local party and government leading cadres and leaders of powerful departments still lack understanding and awareness of this historic change, and are still infatuated with it.
