【摘要】：正大凡有醫(yī)學(xué)常識的人都知道,若病人的某個內(nèi)臟,比如腎臟、肝臟發(fā)生病變,就需要切除這個病變的器官,移植非本人的器官進(jìn)入體內(nèi),而移植之后就會產(chǎn)生排異現(xiàn)象。所謂班子群體內(nèi)部的"排異現(xiàn)象",指的是當(dāng)新成員或新領(lǐng)導(dǎo)調(diào)入、調(diào)進(jìn)的時候,原班人馬對新來的成員或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)采取冷漠、隔閡、排斥甚至對立、敵視的態(tài)度和行為。顯然,一個班子、一個單位出現(xiàn)"排異現(xiàn)象",就難以形成一種良好、和諧的心理環(huán)境。我們應(yīng)該承認(rèn)發(fā)生在人群當(dāng)中的"排異現(xiàn)象"是相當(dāng)普遍、相當(dāng)正常的,只是排異的時間長短、嚴(yán)重程度和影響惡
[Abstract]:Everyone who has medical knowledge knows that if a patient's viscera, such as the kidney or liver, changes, it is necessary to remove the diseased organ and transplant the non-self organ into the body, and after transplantation, there will be rejection. The so-called phenomenon of "rejection" within the group of leading groups refers to the attitude and behavior of the new members or leaders when they are transferred in and transferred to the new members or leaders, who are indifferent, estranged, repelled, even antagonistic and hostile to the new members or leaders. Obviously, it is difficult for a team and a unit to form a good and harmonious psychological environment. We should admit that the phenomenon of "rejection" among the population is quite common and normal, except for the duration, severity and influence of rejection.
