上下級(jí)關(guān)系疏離的組織生態(tài)解讀

【摘要】:正現(xiàn)實(shí)中,由權(quán)力派生的"職務(wù)利益"將上下級(jí)清晰地分割開來(lái),上下級(jí)關(guān)系疏離的狀態(tài)越來(lái)越明顯,導(dǎo)致雙方互相不認(rèn)同、不信任,最終將危及組織整體利益。筆者總結(jié)出了造成該種情況的幾種原因。一是經(jīng)濟(jì)原因:階級(jí)產(chǎn)生,疏離開始。隨著生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展,一部分勞動(dòng)者憑借個(gè)人能力及占有生產(chǎn)資料等原因成為雇主(上級(jí)),
[Abstract]:In the positive reality, the "duty interests" derived from the power clearly separate the superior and the subordinate, and the alienation of the relationship between the superior and the subordinate becomes more and more obvious, which leads to mutual disapproval and distrust between the two sides, and ultimately endangers the overall interests of the organization. The author sums up several reasons for this kind of situation. The first is economic reason: class comes into being, alienation begins. With the development of productive forces, some workers become employers (superiors) by virtue of their personal ability and possession of the means of production.
