【摘要】：正作為朱元璋的重要助手,剛毅多謀的劉基在朱元璋逐鹿中原及明朝初年的國家治理中曾發(fā)揮過重要的輔佐作用,朱元璋以張良視之。劉基在明初被封為"誠意伯",正德年間被譽(yù)為"開國文臣第一",后來在民間更是逐漸被神化,其影響力也越來越大。從劉基輔佐朱元璋的歷史典故中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)秘書、單位副職、班子成員等帶有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)助手性質(zhì)的人員,都能得到有益的啟發(fā)和借鑒。一、至誠若神,突出"誠意"二字劉基一生以誠意立身、立言、立功、立德,被朱元璋
