【摘要】:正"邊緣人"是單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的管理難題之一。員工作為單位的核心資源,對(duì)單位的發(fā)展和業(yè)績具有決定性作用。隨著"邊緣人"現(xiàn)象的蔓延和加重,"邊緣人"對(duì)單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者而言已經(jīng)成了燙手的山芋。更令人擔(dān)憂的是,"邊緣人"還將這些消極、不良情緒傳染給其他員工,如果處理不好,將會(huì)導(dǎo)致單位新"隱形人"的產(chǎn)生和增加。單位"邊緣人"就像是沉默的羔羊,躲在單位角落里毫無存在感,對(duì)待工作的態(tài)度非常消極,逐漸或已經(jīng)被單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者乃至同事忽視。單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者看不到"邊緣人"的價(jià)值,對(duì)其個(gè)體的存在也毫
[Abstract]:The "marginal person" is one of the management problems of the leader of the unit. As the core resources of the unit, employees play a decisive role in the development and performance of the unit. With the spread and aggravation of the "marginal person" phenomenon, the "marginal person" has become a hot potato to the leader of the organization. More worryingly, the "fringe" also infects these negative, bad feelings to other employees, if not handled properly, will lead to the production and increase of new "invisible people" in the unit. Unit "marginal person" is like a silent lamb, hiding in the corner of the unit without a sense of existence, the attitude towards work is very negative, gradually or has been ignored by unit leaders and even colleagues. Unit leaders do not see the value of "marginal people," nor do they see the value of their individual existence.
