決策框架和參照點(diǎn)對公平判斷的影響研究

【摘要】:本文從參照依賴的角度出發(fā),詳細(xì)探討了參照點(diǎn)和框架對公平判斷的影響。研究一通過兩個實(shí)驗(yàn)探討了參照點(diǎn)對公平判斷的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)一結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)個體在有無參照點(diǎn)的情景下,對公平判斷的評分有邊緣顯著差異,即說明參照點(diǎn)提供了一個可供比較的對象,使得個體的公平判斷降低。在實(shí)驗(yàn)二中考查了個體在單個參照點(diǎn)的情況下對公平判斷的感知。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),個體最后實(shí)際獲得的工資越高,感知到的公平程度就越強(qiáng)。 研究二中探討了單雙參照點(diǎn)和得失框架的情景下,對個體公平判斷的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):相對于單參照點(diǎn),雙參照點(diǎn)情景下個體感知到更強(qiáng)的不公平;損失框架下被試的公平判斷得分顯著低于獲得框架下被試的評分,也就是說在損失框架下個體感知到更強(qiáng)的不公平,此外我們還發(fā)現(xiàn),得失框架和單雙參照點(diǎn)對公平判斷的影響有交互作用,在獲得的框架下,被試對單雙參照點(diǎn)下的公平判斷評分有顯著差異,在損失框架下沒有顯著差異;而在單雙參照點(diǎn)兩種情景下,被試對得失框架下的公平判斷評分均有顯著差異,且單參照點(diǎn)情景下的差異大于雙參照點(diǎn)情景下。 研究三采用2×2×2完全隨機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計,主要考察過程公平、得失框架和表達(dá)方式及其交互作用對公平判斷的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):過程公平的主效應(yīng)顯著,不公平情景下被試的公平判斷得分顯著低于公平情景下的被試評分,即過程公平與否會影響個體對最終公平程度的評價;得失框架的主效應(yīng)也顯著,即損失框架下個體感知到更強(qiáng)的不公平,此外,得失框架和過程公平的交互作用顯著,損失的框架下,被試對過程公平情景下的公平判斷評分有顯著差異,獲得框架下差異不顯著。從上述結(jié)果可知,框架可以作為參照點(diǎn)并穩(wěn)定的影響公平判斷。 這些研究結(jié)果可以幫助我們更好的理解自己和他人如何判斷公平,并幫助我們做出更好的管理決策和生活決策。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the influence of reference point and frame on fair judgment is discussed in detail from the point of view of reference dependence. In the first study, we discussed the influence of reference points on fair judgment through two experiments. The results of experiment 1 showed that there were significant marginal differences in the scores of fair judgment between individuals with or without reference points. That is to say, the reference point provides a comparable object, which reduces the individual's fair judgment. In experiment 2, we examined the perception of fair judgment at a single point of reference. It was found that the higher the actual salary, the greater the perceived fairness. In the second study, the influence of single and double reference points and the frame of gain and loss on individual fair judgment is discussed. The results showed that: compared with the single reference point, the individual perceived greater unfairness under the double reference point situation, and the score of the subjects' fair judgment under the loss framework was significantly lower than that of the subjects under the acquisition frame. In other words, in the framework of loss, individuals feel more unfair. In addition, we also find that there is interaction between gain and loss frame and single and double reference points on fair judgment. There were significant differences in the scores of fair judgment between the subjects under the single and double reference points, but not in the loss frame, while in the two scenarios of the single and double reference points, there were significant differences in the scores of the fair judgment under the frame of gain and loss. The difference of single reference point scenario is greater than that of double reference point scenario. In the third study, 2 脳 2 脳 2 脳 2 complete random experimental design was used to investigate the effects of process fairness, gain / loss frame, expression mode and their interaction on fair judgment. The results show that the main effect of process fairness is significant, and the score of fair judgment of subjects under unfair situation is significantly lower than that of subjects under fair situation, that is, whether the process is fair or not will affect the evaluation of the degree of final fairness. The main effect of gain and loss frame is also significant, that is, the individual perceives more unfair under the frame of loss, in addition, the interaction between gain and loss frame and process fairness is significant, under the frame of loss, There were significant differences in the scores of process fairness in subjects, but there was no significant difference under the framework of acquisition. From the above results, we can see that the framework can be used as a reference point and a stable influence on fair judgment. These findings can help us better understand how we and others judge fairness and help us make better management and life decisions.
