【摘要】：正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者講話藝術(shù)的重要性毋庸置疑,而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話的開場白則更加重要,因為恰當(dāng)?shù)皿w的開場白有利于話題的展開和交談的順利進行。下面筆者不揣淺陋,重點談一談領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話開場白應(yīng)該忌諱的一些問題,以就教于方家。一、切忌以套話開場領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話要盡量避免官話、套話、空話,這個道理相信每位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同志都十分清楚。道理雖然再淺顯不過,但在現(xiàn)實生活中,套話連篇的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)卻大有人在,尤其是有些領(lǐng)導(dǎo),剛開口講話就全是些套話。例如,我們有些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在主持會議時經(jīng)常會以贊美天氣作為開場
