【摘要】：正戰(zhàn)略是老板的,也是大家的,但歸根結(jié)底是老板的。老板說話管用,是終極決策者,戰(zhàn)略便寄托在老板身上。是老板的活兒,別人干不了。不在其位,難以謀其政。當(dāng)然,執(zhí)行和實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略則是大家的事兒,誰也跑不了。一個昏庸的老板,可能不如聰穎的下屬有戰(zhàn)略頭腦和技巧,但這并不是說組織的戰(zhàn)略就應(yīng)該由下屬來定,而是說應(yīng)該由聰明的下屬來當(dāng)老板。下屬無論如何能干,不當(dāng)
