【摘要】：正一、文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力提升的重要性100年來(lái)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)理論的變化發(fā)展,展現(xiàn)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在管理中運(yùn)用的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力已不能僅僅依靠個(gè)人的權(quán)術(shù),制度的規(guī)范等硬性制約方式,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)文化、組織文化等文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力作為軟性制約方式之一,也開(kāi)始發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用。同時(shí),各國(guó)文化的相互融合,"美潮"、"日潮"、"韓流"等他國(guó)
[Abstract]:First, the importance of the promotion of cultural leadership has changed and developed in the theory of leadership over the past 100 years. It shows that the leadership used by leaders in management can no longer rely solely on personal power, institutional norms, and other rigid ways of restricting the leadership culture. Organizational culture and other cultural leadership as one of the soft constraints, also began to play an increasingly important role.
