【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的自然存在物,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐發(fā)展趨勢迫切需要揭示和研究的重大理論課題和思維結(jié)晶,是指在一定領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理念支配下,為實(shí)現(xiàn)特定領(lǐng)導(dǎo)目標(biāo)而產(chǎn)生的方法體系、運(yùn)用的技術(shù)手段、設(shè)定的制度規(guī)則、設(shè)計(jì)的程序步驟、創(chuàng)制的組織形式和體制機(jī)制等,既包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐中運(yùn)用科學(xué)技術(shù)的能力與方式,也包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐本身的特定技術(shù)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的基礎(chǔ)性和主體性要素,無論是精神—心理特質(zhì)維度的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為維度的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力關(guān)鍵因素理論、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力綜合研究理論,無不涉及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)因素。從某種意義上可以說,"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)是第一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力"。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)概念的萌生,也是我國改革開放進(jìn)入新常態(tài)階段對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新需求的回應(yīng)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)建構(gòu)應(yīng)特別注意以下問題:一是矯正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)價(jià)值固化僵化的偏誤,培育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)蓬勃生長的思想土壤;二是重視人類政治發(fā)展的時(shí)代潮流和前沿科技的人格化轉(zhuǎn)化,不斷促進(jìn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型和進(jìn)化;三是反思傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)戰(zhàn)略觀,切實(shí)解決領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)戰(zhàn)略不匹配的問題;四是淡化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)藝術(shù)膜拜的心理定式和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)文化,防止領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)術(shù)驅(qū)逐領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The leading technology is the natural existence of the leadership practice. It is a major theoretical subject and thinking crystallization that needs to be revealed and studied urgently in the development trend of the leadership practice. The method system, the technical means, the system rules, the procedure steps, the organization form and the system mechanism to achieve the specific leadership goal, including the ability and the way of applying science and technology in the practice of leadership, are included in this paper. It also includes leadership practices of their own specific technology. Leadership technology is the basic and subjective element of leadership, whether it is the leadership theory of the spiritual and psychological dimension, the leadership theory of leadership behavior dimension, the theory of key factors of leadership, and the comprehensive research theory of leadership. All involved in leadership technical factors. In a sense, "leadership technology is the first leadership." The emergence of the concept of leadership technology is also the response to the demand of leadership practice innovation in the new normal stage of China's reform and opening up. The construction of leadership technology should pay special attention to the following problems: first, to correct the inflexibility of leadership value and cultivate the ideological soil for the vigorous growth of leadership technology; second, to attach importance to the trend of human political development and the humanization of frontier science and technology. To constantly promote the modern transformation and evolution of leadership technology; third, to reflect on the traditional concept of leadership strategy, and to effectively solve the problem of mismatch between leadership technology and leadership strategy; fourth, to desalinate the psychological pattern and leadership culture of leadership art worship, Prevent leadership skills from expelling leadership skills.
