【摘要】：正一把手是一個地區(qū)、一個單位、一個部門的主要負(fù)責(zé)人,權(quán)力大、責(zé)任重,因此,要當(dāng)好一把手并不是件輕松的事。一把手特別是初任一把手躊躇滿志,工作熱情高、干勁大,干好各項工作的愿望強,但有時往往事與愿違。原因何在?一是初任一把手者,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗不足,把本單位的情況想得過于簡單,而高估了自身能力;二是單位人員素質(zhì)參差不齊,思想覺悟也有高有低,不可能人人都與一把手同心同德、步調(diào)一致。任何單位,無論其規(guī)模大小、人數(shù)多少,都既有它有利的一面,也有其復(fù)雜的一面。一把手要想順利地開展好各項工作,應(yīng)從以下幾方面做起。

One is the first handle , the leadership experience is insufficient , the thought consciousness is too low , it is impossible for everyone to share one handle with one hand , but also has its complex side .
