【摘要】：正東漢末年,孫權(quán)拜周瑜為江東大都督,老將程普為副都督。程普不甘心年輕的周瑜位居自己之上,便稱病不出,讓兒子代替自己入軍中議事。周瑜心里當(dāng)然明白程普是在裝病,但還是關(guān)切地到程普家中探望。周瑜的寬容大度令程普大為感動(dòng)。程普又聽(tīng)他人講周瑜治軍有方、操練有度,便深覺(jué)慚愧,主動(dòng)到周瑜面前負(fù)荊請(qǐng)罪。二人捐棄前嫌,協(xié)力破曹,取得了史上著名的赤壁之戰(zhàn)的重大勝利。隨著論資排輩用人觀的廢除和科學(xué)的選人用人制度的確立,許多年輕人脫穎而出,成為各行各業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。廣大青年才俊在獲得施展
[Abstract]:At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Sun Quan worshipped Zhou Yu as the governor of the Yangtze River and Cheng Pu, the veteran, as his deputy governor.
